Finally........a thread dedicated to solo siblings- their relationship with each other and the rest of their family, their common battles between each other (jacen and anakin's debate on the Force, etc) and the rest of the universe. Dead or alive, this is the place for Solo Sibling conversation.

alright, anakin first, since he's my favorite...

Anakin Solo was born a year and a half after his twin siblings- Jacen and Jaina. Before he was even born, the reborn emperor touched him. As an infant, Imperial forces attempted to capture him on Anoth, but under Winter's protection and help from Leia and Admiral Ackbar, Anakin was saved. When he was five, he was kidnapped, along with his siblings, by his evil uncle Thrackan. They escaped, and led my Anakin, they made their way back to a New Republic ship. Anakin returned down to Drall later to disable the superweapon Centerpoint Station, saving billions of lives.
When he was 11 he attended his uncle luke's academy for Jedi Knights. He trained hard and soon surpassed both Jacen and Jaina with his skills. As he grew older, it became clear to Luke and the rest of the Jedi that Anakin was the most powerful in the Force out of the three solo children. He met Tahiri, who became his best friend, and by time the Yuuzhan Vong invaded the galaxy when he was 14, he was a fully trained Jedi Knight.
Thus began the next stage in Anakin's life, where he would gain fame, popularity and strength. He was forced to leave Chewie behind on Serpindal, which later on even Han admitted was the right thing to do. On Dantooine, he had to put up with Mara Jade for weeks, but was gracious about it. He saved her life when the Yuuzhan Vong invaded the planet, fleeing through the forest and protecting her life as if it was his own.
Later, he returned to Centerpoint station to try to reactivate the superweapon to be used against the Vong. Jacen told him not to do it, and Anakin made one of the only mistakes in his life by listening to him. Thrackan seized the controls and fired a wild shot, obliberating the Hapan navy and Vong Armada. From then on Anakin and Jacen began a heated debate on what the force was- anakin believed it was a tool, jacen believed it was much, much more than that. He had a vision while on Coruscant that the Jedi Academy was in trouble, and he rushed there to help, against Luke's orders. He helped Kam and Tionne get all the Jedi children off the planet with Talon Karrde. Master Ikrit sacrificed himself to get away, but his best friend Tahiri was captured during the fighting. He trekked halfway across the moon of Yavin 4 to find her, save her, and escape, barely alive. While on a routine supplies mission with Corran Horn and Tahiri, they were caught at a space station. As vong took over the station, they narrowly escaped. Months later, a new vong weapon called the voxyn were developed. They could use the Force- and they hunted Jedi and all beings strong in the Force. Luke appointed Anakin the strike team leader to go in and kill the queen. His aura alone made him an excellent leader, as the Jedi were held together by him on the mission. He saved his Jaina's life by making a ridiculously rash move, and was seriously injured. Hours later it was discovered he had split his spleen. Telki, the Chandra-Fan healer, sewed it up, but he needed a healing trance to really save himself. He realized this but took tremendous pain and would not let the team be slowed down by him. In a heroic last stand, he took on a legion of vong at once- became one with the Force, and died. Jacen went on to kill the queen and was captured. Anakin's death sent shock waves through the Jedi and New Republic ranks. Possibly their best hope in this war had been lost. It drove Leia and Han mad with grief, Jacen and the rest of the Jedi to despair, and worst of all it drove Jaina to the Dark Side. The galaxy's heart broke- for in their war against these alien invaders from outside they had not only lost a hero, they had lost their last hope.

Next, jaina....

Jaina was born seconds before her twin brother, jacen, during the conflict against Thrawn. At an early age, Jaina showed outstanding pilot skills, distinguishing herself from Jacen and her younger brother, Anakin in that regard. She entered the Jedi Academy at the same time as Jacen, where they worked and grew together in the Force. Their twin bond became stronger, and rescued the three of them when they were kidnapped several times. While Anakin and Jacen developed more of their skills as Jedi, Jaina leaned heavily towards flying, and was an ace pilot. During the first Yuuzhan Vong invasion at Helska 4, Jaina joined Rogue Squadron, got the call sign of 'sticks', and established herself as a solid pilot. She remained with Rogue Squadron as the war against the Vong went on. She lost her friend Annie Capstan in a firefight, but continued on, and became one of Rogue Squadron's best pilots. However her x-wing was destroyed in a battle, and she barely escaped EV. Her sight was temporarily damaged, and she spent time with her brother, Jacen during the attack on Duros. When Anakin went to Yavin 4 to save the Jedi Academy, Jaina and Jacen, along with Booster Terrick and Corran Horn, gave him cover fire for his escape. Jaina then joined a strike team led by her brother, Anakin, to a vong cruiser above myrky to kill the voxyn queen. Anakin sacrificed himself and was killed. Jacen killed the voxyn queen and was captured, later presumed dead by all but Leia. Jaina turned to the dark side in rage over anakin's death, and recovered his body. (Yeah!!) Jaina fled the cruiser with the other survivors, and went to Hapes, where with the help of Jag Fel and Kyp Durron, she warded off a Yuuzhan Vong invasion. This left Jaina to grieve over her brothers' death for a while, until she led Twin Suns Squadron at Borealis, where she became closer with Jag Fel and recovered from her use of the dark side. At Ylesia, she led a strike team to destroy the Peace Brigade capital. She is a dynamic leader, and excellent pilot, and with Anakin gone, the heart and soul of the future of the Jedi.

And finally...jacen


Jacen was born seconds after jaina, his twin sister. He was considered a spitting image of his father, Han Solo. At an early age he developed several unique capabilities, such as touching the minds of animals and insects and effectively wielding a lightsaber, with the help of his uncle luke. He joined the jedi academy at the same time as his sister, jaina. He was often thought to be the strongest of the solo jedi siblings, as he was the the oldest male. However, early in his training, both Anakin and Jaina were stronger than him. As time went on, Jacen wondered if maybe being a Jedi Knight was his calling. During the first vong invasion, he saved danni quee on helska 4, and went with corran horn and ganner rhysode on a critical scouting mission into vong territory. During the invasion of duros, he had completely banned usage of the force because of a vision he had- he knew he could tip the balance point of the force. Jacen had to stand strong- or fall utterly. He stood strong, finally releasing a force storm on Tvasong lah and his allies and saving his mother's life. He was on the jedi strike team above myrkrk to kill the voxyn queen. Using his brother Anakin's life sacrifice, he was able to kill the voxyn queen. He was captured, then his force ability was taken away, and presumed dead. Jaina was driven to the dark side. Jacen was tutored by Vergere as he hung in the embrace of pain, and was taught several valuable lessons by the little bird-jedi. He escaped with her, off of Yuuzhan-tar, after she gave him his abilities back. At Ylesia, he started in the air but returned after his ship was damaged and help save the fleet with a key desicion.
