OOC: Sorry for all my SP mistakes, i have to go, no time to crrect them...

IC: As the Nurse finaly let them get suplies, his mind drifted as he ludged around the cartons of bacta and the like. As he thought, a memory of a job of his came out. A very bad job. It had sounded good enough. He was to go in, and take out and *insurectionist* movement on a mid rim planet. At the nievee'(SP) age he was, he did not think that the senetors would be as corrupt as they were. After assainating the leader of the movement, he escaped, but not with his conscionce.(SP) As he went back for payment, he saw how thouroghly(SP) the senetor had been corupt. The people were poor, as the senetor maintained a overwelming amount of riches. He couldnt stand it, and after colecting his payment, he returned the money, double, in fact, back to the movement. Even with that, he still had a hard time dealing with the fact.He still wondered how he couldmt have noticed the coruption, why he didnt do more for the *insurrection.* Because of that, he had never again done any assaination bounties, and they were quite a few nowadays. He breifly wondered about how the planet was doing now, with the C.I.S, no doubt. He had never told anyone about this, as he feared alienating any *allies* or *friends* he could ever get. He had too few, and he didnt wish to make the number smaller. Banishing the whole thought process from his head, he forced himslef to think about the batca and med supplies, and how the refugees would need them.(the supplies)

IC as "Quiet" the quiet man:
Ermed Medical Facility, Eriadu City

The bright glare that bounced from the white walls assaulted his eyes?but caused no change in them. His face remained passive. The quiet man noticed that the tuskeon raider also seemed not to be affected?which wasn't a surprise considering his species were from the harsh world of Tatooine.

The group of them were following the nurse to get the medical supplies they needed. Entering the smaller room with medical packets and a wall with Bacta labelled on it, the quiet man began to stack the various supplies they needed onto the medical sled he had conveniently acquired. On the short walk to the store room, he had wordlessly grabbed the sled when he had spotted the lone item. It had been sitting in the corner of a corridor they entered, its mattress still indented with the outline of a humanoid, its otherwise empty appearance giving off a mourning feel as if it missed its occupant.

Now, pushing the sled towards the exit of the hospital, a man with a ponytail followed the rest of the group of freedom fighters from Naboo, their mission accomplished. The solid steel table of the sled sat piled with medical supplies and plenty of bacta. The quiet man hid a smile as the group passed a lonesome mattress leaning against one of the corridor walls.

Stepping back out to Eriadu's streets, he settled the sled next to the waiting AirTaxi as Je'ru spoke with the driver. He wondered what the nurse inside Ermed Medical was thinking after their ungainly appearance and approach to what they wanted. I'm sure most doctors don't use sleds to transfer supplies, his mind spoke in his head.

Glancing around the street as he waited for confirmation from the driver or from Je'ru to load up the AirTaxi with the supplies?after all they wouldn't want to load it up only to have the driver refuse transport any further?the quiet man gazed intensely at the aliens and humans alike that walked this way and that. Two Ugnaughts caught his eye as they quickly walked past the AirTaxi and entered Ermed Medical. He only just caught them as he stood behind the hover vehicle, and was sure that they didn't see him.

He wondered why he took note of them. Perhaps simply because their short form stood out from the usual beings around. He could only wonder for the time being.

Titus Damasca

Outside Ermed Medical Facility, Eriadu City

Titus forced a smile as the disgusting humans approached the AirTaxi once more. To know your enemy was more than simply a battered cliché of strategy vids and war manuals. To be victorious in anything you must first be aware of how your opponent thinks- and what your opponent desires. It is, after all, foolish to assume that you and your foe share the same goals, even if you are playing on the same board. In any case, the game would amuse him. It would perhaps even speed his departure from this polluted cesspit. Certainly it would be better than ferrying around inferiors like a common slave.

?I have no problem at all,? he replied warmly to the Tusken Raider, and stepped out from his seat to help them load the cargo. ?I was unaware that you would be transporting what I assume are medical supplies. May I ask for whom they are meant??

IC: Anaron Nexon - 450 Credits.

Ermed Medical Facility, Eriadu city.

The silent teras kasi noble began uplifting crates briskly into the air taxi, these were a heavy load of which he were proud of and they would suit their purpose. The clone officials would find it odd to understand why the group had left in the first place, they asked everyone to remain unless they registered out whenever they left, but that were to be decided when they got there.

"I have no obligations as to you asking, we need these for a small group of soldiers that have just recovered from war."

The young adult's eyebrows arched downwards in question.

'What makes him ask? I hope he doesn't know anything he isn't supposed to.'

Anaron's emotions weren't expressed, he wasn't sure how much the taxi driver knew about the group, and to be too safe couldn't hurt anyone. The group could actually have told him the truth, but no-one was to be trusted. He seemed fairly decent, but he had a strange feeling that the group wouldn't approve of him telling the truth, which could lead to unwanted attention and many, many questions.

Tev Zett

Tev followed behind the group. He felt the quiet man's prescence behind him, and the dragging of the sled was audible throughtout the hallways of the facility.

They exited, and Tev's eyes felt relived to be away from the punishing blinding white light which filled the hospital. At the road the Taxi Driver sat where they had left him. He was waiting in the driver's seat and he quickly got out as the group approached with the materials.

Jeru spoke with him, and he began letting them load the supplies into the cargo hold.

The driver looked towards the group.

?I was unaware that you would be transporting what I assume are medical supplies. May I ask for whom they are meant??

'They are not meant for you, and they do not concern you in any way.'

Tev glared at the driver. He still held a grudge against him for charging such outragous fares.

'C'mon guys lets get these in, and get on the road.'

Tev lifted a crate of Bacta and loaded it into the back.

IC: galak jumped into the taxi, after loading up the last of the bacta in the trunk. Galak almost didnt want to step in, as it was as dirty as always. Of course, the drivers seat was *remarkably* cleaner. He would *not* get a tip from him, that was for sure. Gesturing for the rest to jump in he said " Come on we need to get this bacta for the re.....s-soldiers, right? Galak silently berated himself. If that Taxi Driver had half a set of brains, and from the sly way he looked at these *filthy* humans, he had a full set no less; then he could've caught on that something was amiss. At the very least, Galak moved around, to show his weaponry a bit more, so the Taxi Driver might still assume they were here to give bacta to soldiers. After all, Galak did have a bounty hunter- merc-ish look to him.

IC: Pari Kotav ? 96 credits. Eriadu, Eriadu City, Port District, Eriadu Spaceport, Bay 49116.
Inventory: 1 comlink, 1 SE-14C blaster pistol, 1 bandolier of slug clips, 1 duffel bag containing (1 short-range mechanical toxin sling, 5 biothetic sedative slugs), 3 datacards, 1 identichip.

Almost having rounded the stunted nose of the Girhok Moving airspeeder, Pari Kotav sensed something change; a shift in the emotional state of a being nearby, but he couldn't be sure. It could have been Mr. Urry, but the Gotal secretly doubted this. Something wasn't right. Did I leave one of them alive...?

Before Pari could reason this question, a surly voice shouted out to him from across the landing bay. "Hey! Stay where you are; move, and we'll blast ya!"

Pari turned around slowly, his hand dropping to the short-stocked blaster he had lifted from one of the dead Rodians. Sure enough, three uniformed port security officers were headed his way. The leader, a stout and surly human, was unarmed; instead, his two Ishi Tib companions had levelled their sturdy, black T-21 repeater rifles in his direction. Indeed, there was no turning back from this. Pari turned slightly and, as if by reflex, told the Bothan to "Keep down."

Pari decided to change his plans. His posture shifted, and instead of waiting for the security detail to come to him, the Gotal began towards them. He instead opted to hide Mr. Urry from their questioning; after all, he had been the one involved in the killing. If the Bothan could remain out of sight for the time being, then perhaps Pari could persuade the officers to leave them be.

But, Pari reasoned, a Bothan's prowess with words and persuasion would certainly go far in this matter...

The detail met Pari half way between the bay's entrance and the battered airspeeder. The human looked deshevelled beside the two smartly dressed Ishi Tib, who ramined silent, their black eyes blinking and their lengthy sidearms unwavering in their gloved grip. "We had a complaint...uh...now, what did you say your name was, sport?"

"Unit Twenty-Seven," Pari replied, straight-faced and monotoned.

"I...I see," the officer said, frowning. "Anyway, looks like you have some explaining, huh? I mean, were these corpses here when you arrived, or did someone drop them from a passing repulsor truck?"

Pari sighed; he could have stitched the humans chest with blaster fire were it not for the two repeater-toting Ishi Tib. He probably would have enjoyed it. Just have to play it cool...downplay the incident.

But, as it turned out, Pari didn't have to. Before he had time to respond, a small squad of six clones entered the bay. Their leader, a yellow and white armoured clone, signalled for his blood-brothers to fall out of their formation and examine the corpses of the mercenaries. He continued his approach, removing his helmet and tucking it neatly beneath one arm.

Pari watched as the clone gave the security officers a cursory glannce. "You there," the face of Jango Fett said. "We'll take it from here."

The human security official looked decidedly disappointed. "I was just prepping him up for ya, clone. We're not finished just yet, are we?"

"That's Lieutenant De'Lore," the clone replied, stopping a metre from the human. He flashed his piercing brown eyes across at the human. "Unit CT B606/H3, and we're here to take over from you. Republic business, and that's official."

"Well," the human began, looking from the clone to Pari. Already the two Ishi Tibs had slung their repeaters over their shoulders. "Just watch your step there, sport. I'm keepin' an eye on you."

Pari watched as the security officers began to leave. As they were doing so, a small hover van with a flat bed trailer entered the bay. It slowed, coming to a stop near the closest corpse. The Gotal's vision was obscured by the clone, who stepped in between Pari and the vehicle.

"We caught what happened on our surveillance holo-cams," the clone said quietly, gesturing towards t

Outside Ermed Medical Facility, Eriadu City

It seemed that by acquiring the medical supplies they needed, it had lifted a certain burden off of the group's shoulders. They had finally completed one of the their personal tasks to get off of Eriadu, with the refugee's well and safe. Now all they needed was to get the supplies back to the docking bay where Emet's Liberation rested. Then move quickly to the industrial sector, gathering the needed parts to get the consular-class cruiser off of the ground.

The Zabrak airTaxi driver seemed very polite at first glance. He gave the group a smile as they approached and offered to even help load the supplies into the taxi. But there was also another side of him that Je'ru could sense. He could sense something fake about the way he acted towards the group. It didn't matter to Je'ru however, if the zabrak took them to their destinations without any problems what so ever. However he would keep his suspicoiusons about the driver in the back of his mind just in case. What else was strange was that he inquired about the medical supplies and whom they were for.

Anaron spoke up first, saying they were for a small group of soldiers. But for the quanity of bacta they had aquired would of been far too much for a small group, hopefully the driver didn't catch that. And also that he wouldn't think anything of it. His nosy nature did make the red light in Je'ru's head grow bigger. He would watch him closely from here on out. No one on this planet was to be trusted, unless they had proven otherwise, except for the group they had come in with from Naboo.

Je'ru lifted up the last couple boxs of Bacta and medical supplies, placing them in the storage hold of the airTaxi. Everything was loaded up and ready to go, so he turned to the group.

"Excellent. Alight, we'll get this back to the spaceport, then head off to the industrial sector to do some more 'shopping'." Getting into the front seat of the airTaxi, next to the zabrak, Je'ru turned to him. "Ok..." Je'ru looked down at the driver's liscense displayed on the dash board. "Titus Damasca, off to the spaceport we go." Smiling at the driver, he waited for the rest of the group to get in.

**WARNING** . Getting stranded ... again.
..well...You get whats about to happen. :D

Daria (Talmaria Galarun) ~ 115 Credits
Eriadu City, Ermed Medical Facility

Daria began to sit back, and try to relax, when suddenly, she snapped forward. Her teeth felt as if they itched, and her skin was on fire. Suddenly, the only thing she wanted to do, was to get out of that hospital. Everything was falling apart. Wraith was still acting loopy. The Bothan had not bothered to come back yet. Maybe he had left em. Could have. With the big bills they were racking up, it would be too hard to do.

Daria jumped up, and began to pace. Maybe she should check on him. yeah. Good idea. After all, there WAS a bounty floating around. She didnt wanna try to grab the money buy herself. That would get her burried. But she had to get out of that place. Barfights were starting to sound good to her. had to go. had to get out.. She had been cooped up for far to long. She had been awake for even longer. She was about ready to scream. Daria walked over to 'Wraith', and on his fur, clipped a small token on it. He would know she was still around. A quick message..."Stepped out for some air."

She then turned, and left the room. She glared at the turbolifts for a few moments, before she opted to take the stairs. She snuck out of hte place. Once outside, she took a big breath of air. Oh, that felt SO much better. But it was kinda cold. She looked down at herself. She looked fine, but it wasnt her style. Maybe she could go shoping. See the sights. Something. Anything.

Daria all but ran from the hospital, then slowed down to a walk. She didnt want to get cooped up in some transport right now. She needed air. This entire planet, almost creeped her out as much as Naboo did. Where to go....? The place where they landed their ship! That sounded like a good place to start. At least, if the ship was still around, she would know that the Bothan was around someplace. On her way there, she looked for anyplace that looked like a park, or some type of zoo. She did find a small park, and she stopped, to find herself a seat out of view from everyone. Near trees. Around something living, not antiseptic, as the hospital had been.

Sitting on the bench, she leaned forward, working hard to stop her body from shaking. Looking down at her hands, she thought of the last couple of weeks. 'Loosing their companions. Valen. Naboo. The invasion. Getting shot at by droid armies. Getting blown up. Breaking a few ribs. Her shoulder. Trimaj and those...horrible wounds.... the crash landing..'

Daria started crying. She couldnt help herself. She had been holding in for so long. She had to. There was just simply too much that had to be done. But now, nobody needed her. Nobody was around. And between the stims and lack of sleep, she had reached her threshold. She was silent, so as to not draw attention to herself. She just pulled the hood of her cloak over her head, and silently cried.

IC: Sherrik Kae'Ho - Port District

Sherrik Kae'Ho grunted to himself as he watched a small detachment of alien children chasing each other through the small park. It was strange to find this small strip of greenery in the middle of Eriadu City's most industrious area; everything surrounding the park reeked of pollution. Boxed in by tall buildings - mostly industrial, but with a few residential apartment blocks and hotels taking advantage of the view that the almost alien park afforded them - the park managed to receive little ambience from the sunlight. Peppered with small allotments of benches and play equipment - mostly the droid kind - the park was a welcome sight amongst all the industry.

But this didn't matter to the gruff, humorless Balosar who sat perched on the edge of one of the park benches, his deep red overcoat encircling him as he waited. His piercing gaze examined the inhabitants of the park as he waited: the children, the droids, and equipment, and the non-stop speeder traffic that stretched out towards the horizon...what little horizon he could see through the gaps in the surrounding buildings.

Someone should tear this place apart, he thought to himself grimly. If the war doesn't, then someone should.

He coughed, automatically bringing a silken handkerchief to his mouth. He drew it away, examining the streaked blood that covered the white silk. Wiping his mouth, he folded it and placed it in one of the overcoat's pockets. The Balosar glanced around again, running a trembling hand through his course, spiked, dirty-blonde hair that hid the two, retractable antennapalps atop his head. Ah, to be away from this planet...

But, in this climate of war and terror, Sherrik had to admit that there were opportunities to be made. And he was an opportunist; an information broker, snitch, and backstabber, the Balosar had come specifically to this planet to look for work. For opportunities, or any corrupt activities that he could embellish himself with. So far, the work had been steady; he'd completed come contract work for a Seppie named Luth'aar, located some safe-houses for a few CIS mercenaries that had come on-planet, and even done some gunrunning and information broking for a Gotal spy.

The more legitimate work for the Republic...well, that was hard to come by, and Balosars were not easily trusted. But who needs trust? Credits are what run this place, what rule the Senate. Trust is just a credential, but one not needed for success in this galaxy.

Sherrik glanced around again, catching sight of a human female who was seating herself at a nearby bench. She looked frail, almost ghostly, but the Balosar had to admit that his ability to read alien life forms was not very considerable. She sat for a moment, then started crying. The equally sick-looking Balosar watched her for a moment; the human was silent, so if he had not been looking he would not have even noticed her crying.

And everything happens for a reason, Sherrik thought, a thin-lipped smile spreading across his face. Opportunities...

Dropping from the bench, the Balosar approached the woman. By the time he had reached her, she had drawn the hood of her cloak over her head. He stood for a few seconds, watching her. Then, he cleared his throat, knowing that his gravelly voice would probably startle her anyway.

"Miss, excuse me," he began, "you don't look so good. S'there anything I can help you with? Did you wanna buy some deathsticks?"

"Miss, excuse me," he began, "You don't look so good. S'there anything I can help you with? Did you wanna buy some deathsticks?"

Daria looked at the being, and frowned darkly. "I dont look good... so you wanna offer me DEATHSTICKS?!" she growled scanning the person. "Frell, didn't realize I look THAT bad."

Daria gestured. "Go away. I dont need no frelling deathsticks..." Daria replied. Then she thought a moment. "NO. Wait. Maybe you can be a bit more useful." Daria stood up with a graceful movement. "Where's a good, safe place to meet folks around this dungheap?" she asked the alien. "Place for business." she added. Might as well set stuff up while she waited. It would keep her from going insane, as well.

Eriadu City Streets

Helping with the loading of the medical supplies, he made sure everything was packed in carefully, especially the amounts of bacta they had acquired. Unknown to the men with him?and some might jokingly say unknown to his face?he had an interest in keeping them safe.

Soon they were finished and the group of men around the AirTaxi were ready to go. Silently taking hold of the sled he had used as a transportation device, the quiet man pushed it back towards the hospital. He left it near the entrance, a place where they were sure to find it and then collect?when they discovered that it was one of theirs. Flexing his shoulder and adjusting his vibroblade straps, he then quickly made his way back to the hover taxi and climbed inside.

Gazing out at the busy but foggy planet side of Eriadu, he simply watched as the AirTaxi rose on its jets, ready to take them to the spaceport. It was night now all around them, lights were shining brightly. Eriadu was not the type of planet that slept peacefully once the sun had gone down.

In docking bay M94, Eriadu city

[blockquote]Kastré smiled at Je'ru's comments, his own stomach reminding him of the lack of digestive foods he had eaten of late. Staring at the Consular-class cruiser that sat berthed in front of them all in the docking bay, he paused for a moment before shaking his head to clear it of distractions. He told himself that it was probably time for him to answer his stomach's queries. Lights flickered on around the bay as he rocked forward to stand up.

"After some of this, sir?"

Kastré's eyes moved to the source of the voice before his head could react, and, upon seeing who the speaker was, his body relaxed backwards and he offered a smile when he turned to face the boy.

"Why thank you, Hetré," he responded as he looked down at the offered ration of food held out in the slim hand of the boy. "Just what was on my mind," he admitted.

Taking the can in his hand, Kastré realised that he should really focus on his surroundings more. Or maybe it was just this boy, he wasn't sure to be truthful. Lost in his own thoughts, Hetré must have walked right up to him and sat down beside the man in charge of the refugees. Glancing behind the boy, he saw that Beetra and Saié were still busy at the table but he noticed the food rations standing beside them. I guess the captain was lenient with the boy, seems like he got three meals.

Peeling off the lid of his food can, Kastré silently dug inside, searching for something that looked at least mildly appealing. He hadn't realised just how bad these things actually appeared until now. His admiration for soldiers went up a notch. I suppose it's all edible when you get down to it. He stuffed a bite into his mouth after his mind won out.

Gazing out at the night sky of Eriadu, he wondered where his friends were as he continued to eat. The last he had heard from they were in the medical facility?he hoped they had been successful in procuring the supplies they needed. He thought about the bacta as he sensed that Hetré was still beside him. He decided to give them more time and wait for contact before he would try, he didn't want to catch them in an unwanted situation.

As a shadow crossed over his line of vision and then sat down in front of him, he also realised that if the group achieved their goal, they would then need to figure out a way to get everything back into the docking bay. Something he would need to think about, for sure.

Blinking his eyes before looking at the new figure in front of him, Kastré saw that it was the boy's father. He remembered back to when he first saw and interceded in the argument this father had been having with a clone trooper. In the end it was all because his

Head Nurse
Nurses station, Medical Facility, Eriadu

The head nurse was having quite a busy day. First, annoying lift malfunctions. Several emergencies. A misplaced patient. And then that emergency supply run. What a day. Totally interrupted her perfect schedule.

But she was an excellent nurse, and she would soon have her shift running back to normal. Baring no other intrusions. She also checked into that last order, as her secondary aide had mentioned some strangeness to the others who had just left. But she put it off to unexperience. The outer techs were always a bit, quirky.

'"Excuse me? Nurse?"' It was another annoying voice.. But the nurse's attention to other matters didn't falter. She appeared to be preoccupied with something. "Just wait a moment." she said, not even bothering to look up. She heard them talking quielty, but she was not going to loose her schedule again.

Her fingers flew over the keyboard.

Suddenly, her attention was grabbed. Literally. Some being had jumped at her, and started shaking her. ""Nurse, do you know anything about the five men that were here not long ago? What did they want? Did they get it? Nurse!"

She didnt waste any time. She hit the panic switch located on the floor near her foot. She didnt have time for hysterics. Let the real security handle them. She stepped back, looking down, as she waited for security to arrive.

"I TOLD YOu to wait, please..sirs." she said. They ignored her. "And do you know anything about this woman?" He pointed a finger at the computer screen, directly at the female human that was talking to two of the group's men, all the while holding a food tray.

The woman immediately frowned. "How did you get that image? Thats privallaged information, and you have no right to it. Now, if you dont calm down, and wait, I have to enforce stronger measures." She glared at the security guard. He would soon lose his job. Let the REAL security forces handle them. She stepped back, truly annoyed that her schedule was being disturbed, yet again.

[blockquote]"I told you not to be so rash!"

"No you don't."

"And? That doesn't take away the fact that you shouldn't have done that."

Durl looked confused. He decided to turn his attention back to the nurse instead of answering Pergy yet again.

A few security guards started rushing towards the scene, the nurse having obviously called them from somewhere on her desk. Pergy shook his head. Durl could be so hyper at times when they got close to their quarry. Not to worry though, they would soon be past this distraction and able to continue on. They were ready for this after all.

The now fully awake security guard on duty was the first being to reach the station they were at, his own look of confusion written across his face. Pergy lifted a hand to stop him and nodded his head. The guard understood and stopped, Pergy's apparent act of being in charge having work.

He waited until the other security personnel arrived before he turned back to the nurse. The security man he had talked to earlier stopped all the backup in their tracks, waiting to see what the two Ugnaughts would do. Pergy smiled openly as he faced the nurse who had accused them.

Durl jumped in before Pergy had a chance.

"Ah, Ms," he tried to scrutinise the lady's name tag but failed to see anything. "Miss Nurse, I think you are the one wrong." He had a confident looking face.

Durl reached behind him and punched a few keys at the computer terminal. All eyes of security personnel followed his movements. But they were a slow and understanding gaze, as the original guard had murmured a few words to them.

"There we are!" Pergy glanced back himself at the screen as Durl spoke satisfactorily. A new light buzzed across the computer, before the screen, which had been showing the camera recording, maximised a new window which simply flashed:

'Level 4 Security'

'ACCESS GRANTED'

Durl spun back dramatically to the nurse, inside pleased at his work. Pergy laughed, causing some of the security people too do so as well. The guard on duty smiled knowingly.

"You should have gone with the higher?" he began.

"No, Cousin, not for this one." Durl attempted to clear his throat in an orderly fashion and in turn crinkled his snout up. He regained his dignity after a second.

"Now, Miss Nurse, regarding those questions?"[/blockquote]

OOC: Well, life is certainly an interesting thing. Just when it becomes so out of control that you think any effort is pointless, some glimmer of sanity flitters down into the present and reminds you that it all matters. My assignments are not going so well, but I just feel compelled to return. Make of that what you will.

It was only today that I managed to read everything you have all posted over the last couple of weeks. Things seem to have progressed, which is nice. I want to say a big thank you to slumvillage for stepping up and leading the Naboo crowd of recent. You did a great job. Ktala also seems to have had some fun - it seems the hacker within is finally emerging.

I also want to state for the record my utter respect and appreciation for Deto's writing. He has done an amazing job creating an entire world of political and military intrigue out of virtually nowhere and I am pleased to announce that Deto's escapades will form the core of The Star Wars 4's developing plot. While everyone, as I've so often stated, will still retain freedom in roleplaying to progress their characters as they see fit, the main Panaka/Casinti storyline that most of you joined under is, from this post, going to be advanced smoothly into this greater realm of monumental scheming that Deto has so wonderfully crafted for us. Some of the original twists and turns that I'd planned for Eriadu never eventuated due to a variety of circumstances, so this is a great opportunity to steer the game towards the grand plans intended for it. So, if you notice events beginning to take on a new air of mystery, you'll know why.

In conjunction with this exciting forward step, I want to officially designate Deto as my co-GM. In this capacity he will help to guide the content and plot of The Star Wars 4 as together we attempt to deliver the best roleplaying experience possible. Through the role of co-GM, Deto will also be able to post the results of credit transactions at his discretion. However, I shall continue to function as the administrative GM for any questions relating to characters (primary or secondary), disputes, game suggestions, new players, etc. If you have any questions about anything, don't hesitate to drop me a PM.

With all that said, on to the roleplaying (with apologies to Deto for the still absent Dor'leyn post - it's coming soon mate).

Note: Night has just fallen.

Pechelli winced. "Sir, I believe he will break if we simply increase the probing."

"But that may result in mental shutdown, correct?"

"Yes, sir. That is a potential risk."

"Has the new interrogation drug come in yet?"

"Sir!" Pechelli's eyes widened for a split second before he caught himself. "Yes, sir, but it's still untested. Using faux stimuli on a subject is one thing, General, but treating someone with a mind altering substance like skirtopanol is completely different. Even hardy subjects are likely to suffer permanent disruption to their higher order cerebral functions..."

"Thereby rendering Colonel Casinti brain dead," the General cut in. "I am aware of this, Captain. The new drug can give me answers though, correct?"

"Yes, sir."

"Then don't question my judgement on the level of force we employ. The Supreme Chancellor has demanded an update and I will not be idle."

"Yes, sir. No, sir."

"I will be in my study. Page me when you have something."

Titus Damasca

For soldiers, said the man. The cargo was for soldiers. Titus did not completely believe this response?he doubted that the Republic would send what looked like a rag-tag team of mercenaries to pick up bacta for a few clones. Surely that was a job for a medical crew. Not these scum. Titus? suspicions were further aroused when one of them said in no uncertain terms that it was none of his business. That could have been because they were hiding something. Or it could have been plain rudeness. No matter.

?Please,? said Titus, turning around to his passengers, ?let me offer you a discounted fare. 30 credits only. I am a staunch supporter of the war effort- anything I can do to help.?

However, before the Zabrak could hear a reply from his customers, the grating, familiar voice of a clone trooper rang out from the sidewalk.

"This is an official investigation. We're searching for a Bothan fugitive known to have frequented this facility. Please step out of the taxi - we'd like to ask you some questions."

Titus turned to see two clone troopers, identically armoured, standing there, weapons at the ready. Along the rest of the street, other pedestrians were being moved away while nearby landspeeders were being cleared.

?As you wish, officer,? replied Titus, and landed the AirTaxi gently on the ground before getting out, waiting for his passengers to do the same. A Bothan, hmm? A sly and intelligent species, to be respected. Superb spies, certainly. How interesting.

Outside Ermed Medical Facility, Eriadu City

Scooping up his nubian commlink, Je'ru switched it on and pressed it up to his mouth to speak, hoping Kastre would get it.

"Kastre, come in, It's Je'ru." He waited for a moment, but Kastre didn't answer. "We got the medical supplies you guys needed. No need to respond..." The comm system began breaking up and among other things, Je'ru had gotten distracted. In the background, over the noise of the speeders and various going ons in the heart of Eriadu, a large rhythmic hum was heard and began making the airTaxi vibrate. Looking around to see what it was, he couldn't see a thing yet, as it was growing darker by the moment outside. "Kastre, don....resp...the chan...not safe."

Turning the comm link off, Je'ru placed it on his belt. He rolled down the window of the airTaxi took a look outside. He couldn't believe what he saw. Rubbing his eyes and blinking a couple times to make sure he wasn't seeing thing, Je'ru saw what various other sentients in the surrounding area too had seen. A Republic gunship which was carrying the famed clone troopers of the Grand Republic Army. The tuskeon raider was amazed but also in thought as too why they had came here and also why they had deployed clone troopers into the Ermed Medical Facility at all. They couldn't off been looking for the freedom fighters from Naboo, could they? And after seeing what had happened with Casinti, Je'ru definetly didn't want to find out what they wanted with the medical facility at all. He quickly put his head back into the taxi, rolling the window up and turning to the zabrak.

"Quickly, get out of here!" But it was too late. Two clone troopers had made their way to the airTaxi. Je'ru's heart had sunk a little bit, although he did not seem flustered any on the outside. He stayed strong, not showing the troopers any weakness.

"This is an official investigation. We're searching for a Bothan fugitive known to have frequented this facility. Please step out of the taxi - we'd like to ask you some questions."

It was extremely too late now for an escpae of any sort and getting this supplies back to the spaceport as soon as possible. Je'ru smiled at the clone troopers, then turned to group real quick.

"I suggest we do what they say." Opening the door of the AirTaxi, Je'ru slowly stepped out. It was a relief however as they were searching for a Bothan fugitive. They hadn't known any Bothan since arriving on Eriadu, so it was safe to say that they would be able to get this over with quickly and head back to the spaceport. Although it was getting dark outside and night time was upon them, the spaceport wouldn't close for anything, would it?

"What is it you would like to ask us?" The tuskeon raider asked. He didn't respect Clone's that much, as they were concieved within a tube and given artifical intellegence as well as training but he knew they could do their job well, and with whatever means nessecary. Especially since the beginning of the war. They seemed to take over the role as policemen as well. Je'ru hated police.

As Tev took a seat in the back, the Taxi started up. As soon as they started driving, the whole area was overun with Republic ships. This wasn't the local security, these Clones meant bussiness. Tev grew worried. They couldn't of been looking for the freedom fighters Tev assured himself.

So why am I so worried?

He relaxed as the Taxi was forced to stop. It seemed the driver didn't care enough to make an effort to get away. The Clone Trooper's sharp voice told the group to step out.

"This is an official investigation. We're searching for a Bothan fugitive known to have frequented this facility. Please step out of the taxi - we'd like to ask you some questions."

Jeru moved out, Tev followed him and stood next to the Tusken Raider. Tev was relived it wasn't the Naboo Fighters the Clones were looking for. Jeru spoke first asking the Clones politly to ask thier questions.

Tev looked around, it began to grow dark. They needed to get these supplies in fast. His first instincts of course told him to put a hole in that troopers chest and get out of there. He ignored them. It was the first time in awhile he ignored the voice that told him to blast everything away. Recently he had seen a much different side of himself. He suddenly realized how much he cared about the refugees in the docking bay. It frightend him.

Daria (Talmaria Galarun) ~ 115 Credits
Eriadu City, The Park

Daria looked around her suprised. She had not realized that twilight was coming quickly. That was not good. She looked back towards the 'being' as she now stood, wondering if it knew anything.

Even as out of it as she felt, she still felt the familiar warning signs that came to her. Something was coming. Something was VERY wrong. Her senses screamed at her that she should be running now. She spun around, when suddenly Daria noticed a squad had emerged from the foliage, blasters already drawn. FRACK! How had they snuck up on her? Her hand went away from the blaster on her hip. She was not about to get shot. Especially when she didnt know WHY. Arguring with them, seemed counterproductive, and she would probably just wind up unconscious.

"Ma'am, sir," an indistinguishable clone stepped forward. "We're conducting a search for a fugitive Bothan and we have some questions for you both. Would you come with us please?"

Daria wipped her eyes. Frell. There was an entire squad looking her way. No way she could avoid them now. She nodded slowly. "Yeah. Sure." She said, as she moved, away from the other strange person who had just tried to sell her deathsticks. Was he a setup? His timing did seemed to be a bit too perfect. She looked back at these 'troops.' Had the war gotten here? Why were their troops here? Her mind had far too many questions. And right now, she would simply follow along, until she saw an opportunity to do otherwise.

"Who's....WE? And WHO'S got questions." she asked the troops. She would like to find out who was so hot on the bothan, that they sent a full SQUAD of armored troups, no less.

The nurse watched these 'things' in front of her. As she scowled at the minor security guard, one of the Ugnaughts scurried in front of her.

"Ah, Ms," he tried to scrutinise the lady's name tag but failed to see anything. "Miss Nurse, I think you are the one wrong." He had a confident looking face. The look on her face was clearly non believing.

She wanted to swat the creature, as he began to operate a few keys on the terminal. Who was he, to dare touch her equipment.

"There we are!" Pergy glanced back himself at the screen as Durl spoke satisfactorily. A new light buzzed across the computer, before the screen, which had been showing the camera recording, maximised a new window which simply flashed:

She frowned. It ment nothing to her.

"Now, Miss Nurse, regarding those questions." She began to respond, when suddenly her sharp ears picked up a sound. Now what? Antoher emergency?

Suddenly, four armoured clones fanned out around the reception lobby, covering security personnel, while the remaining two approached the head nurse, shouldering two Ugnaughts aside in the process. In the clipped speech of an assault unit, the CAS8R-34 squad leader addressed the woman, never straying above the unnatural calm that clones
seemed to prefer. "Where's the Bothan's room?"

The nurse had seen these troops before. She was not about to become flustered because of it. "You have to be a tad more specific. Its not like we dont have a few hundered beings come through here every day." She grabbed a whip, and cleaned her keyboard, brining the main menu back so that she could look up patients. "Now, who are you, and who's authority are you working on?" she asked, glaring at the security personnel. She didnt get her job by being a pushover. "If he's a patient, I dont care WHAT kind of security you are, you better have a good reason for storming into a medical facility."

Deathsticks...a reasonable offer, Sherrik thought to himself, rubbing his jaw with two fingers. The woman's reaction was interesting; she had not seen him there, nor suspected his presence. Well, the Balosar reflected, at least she's no Jedi, or mind reader.

The human frowned at him, her dark eyed gaze pleasing to Sherrik's eyes. "I dont look good... so you wanna offer me DEATHSTICKS?!" She looked at him some more. "Frell, didn't realize I look THAT bad."

Sherrik shuffled slightly, withdrawing his ringed fingers from one of his overcoat's pockets, and releasing the deathsticks he had been holding. The female gestured at him to move on. "Go away. I don't need no frelling deathsticks..." Then she paused, leaving Sherrik to gaze at her expectantly. "NO. Wait. Maybe you can be a bit more useful," she said, then brought herself to her feet. "Where's a good, safe place to meet folks around this dungheap? Place for business."

The Balosar raised an eyebrow expectantly. Business, eh? Maybe I could help, somehow...

Before he could begin negotiating, several clones emerged from the underbush nearby. A few more seemed to materialise out of nowhere, their blasters kept at thier hips, aggressive but not raised. Sherrik looked between them, but in the dwindling light could not make out much. The reserve was, afterall, in between several tall buildings; the light seemed to dwindle faster here than elsewhere.

Eh...but these clones! He glanced about. Again, he felt his chest beginning to tighten, his throat constricting.

One of the clones stepped forward, then, but Sherrik could only guess at which one. His vision began to swim as he frantically reached for his hankerchief. "Ma'am, sir, we're conducting a search for a fugitive Bothan and we have some questions for you both. Would you come with us please?"

Finally, Sherrik managed to bring the silken hankerchief to his mouth to cough, which he did for several agonising seconds of pain. Better...but what do these clones want with me. I bet it's that lady, he thought, glancing cryptically at the human. She was saying something, but Sherrik couldn't catch exactly what. Finally, everything seemed to right itself.

"Yeah, just what is it exactly that you need us for, uh...trooper? We're kinda in the middle of somethin' important."

"As a matter of fact we were. We were acquiring some medical supplies from that medical facility right there, sir." He told them with a gentle smile.

It would of been too easy to lie to the trooper but the helmet of the troopers conecealed their identical faces and their eyes in which could tell a person a whole lot about what they are saying. Je'ru didn't have that luxury of a helmet to conceal the most common tell sign, the facial expression in which you give off every galatic second of the standard day, as well as night.

Another reason why he'd tell them the straight up truth was because they had never saw or even came in contact with a bothan in the facility anyways. It was just standard for these glorified policemen to ask questions and do their job. Je'ru hoped they would be on their way and on to their business at hand. So that the freedom fighters could get on with theirs.

"Now I'm truly sorry sir but we must get these medical supplies to their intended destination. If you'll excuse us." Je'ru nodded politely towards the clone trooper and began making his way for the airTaxi.

Eriadu City Streets, inside the AirTaxi

Seeing the two clone troopers approaching, the quiet man's muscles tensed ever so slightly. He couldn't believe that clones, of all things, would be searching. He was already halfway out of the AirTaxi when Je'ru first burst out that they should run. But he knew that wouldn't be a good idea, the two troopers were already upon them. Besides, they had plenty of backup handy, which could most certainly 'run' faster than they could. He eyed the LAAT/i.

Fully out of the hover craft, the quiet man decided to wait. He would have a better chance to make a move after he found out what the troopers knew. The clone's spoke crisply and clear?about a Bothan.

Raising an eyebrow at this, he opened his palms in a more diplomatic style. He didn't know who or what this Bothan had done, but it seemed big enough to have the military concerned. He was lucky.

He simply watched as some of his companions exited the vehicle and asked of what the troopers wanted. The troopers replied with a question of their own?the quiet man gave no indication that he was going to answer.

Je'ru came forward and answered briskly, trying to step neatly aside so they could continue on their way. The quiet man added his own incentive by moving his own body back to face the AirTaxi.

In docking bay M94, Eriadu city

[blockquote]He was stunned.

"Wha.... What do you mean he's not your father? Aren't you, you?"

Kastré was cutoff by an amplified voice resounding through the docking bay. It was Captain Kart informing everyone that the bay would be sealed soon. This bay is already closed off from everything else... isn't it? Kastré thought, confused.

His thoughts soon stopped short as he came back to what had just happened. Hetré and his father were still sitting next to him?no wait... he said not his father? But what is that supposed to?

Once again Kastré stopped mid-sentence when his comlink beeped. He looked down at his belt, realising his friends must be checking in. Raising his head, he suddenly saw that Hetré had vanished. His father?no, the man?had casually stood and walked a few paces away. Kastré was still in a spin over what had been said but also needed to know what was happening with the team outside. He listened to Je'ru's voice as it came through.

And opened his eyes wide.

At first he was glad when he heard that they were successful?the supplies were acquired. But then Je'ru's voice started to falter or break up through the line, and what Kastré caught of it stirred some worries. This was the first time he knew of when it sounded like they were in danger?and he wasn't there. It's not like you could help out much in battle! A voice told him inside his head.

Who said it was battle? another voice reasoned.

Deciding to follow along with Je'ru, Kastré hooked his comlink back to his belt without responding. If they were in a tight spot, he certainly didn't want to make it any worse. Stretching his arms, he stood up off the ground, looking around the refugees for Hetré and whoever in the galaxy that other man was. I lived a simple life?and now I get this? Kastré laughed at his own exasperated thoughts.

But, he reasoned, he should still find out what was going on. His friends might be risking their lives for that extra bacta, he didn't know to be sure. He deserved an explanation from Hetré.

Walking towards the people from Naboo, he didn't see the boy among the crowds. Even the other man was lost to his eyes. Coming around to the front, Kastré couldn't help but wonder why they had left. My comlink, they must have heard it. But does that mean...?

Leaving his mind unanswered, a white figure caught his eyes. He approached Captain Kart sl

Daria (Talmaria Galarun) ~ 115 Credits
Ishili Estate Preservation, Port District, Eriadu City

"Yeah, just what is it exactly that you need us for, uh...trooper? We're kinda in the middle of somethin' important." the other person asked the troopers.

"This will not take but a few minutes," the clone glanced from human to Balosar. "Your proximity to Ermed Medical is of interest to Republic Intelligence," he gestured upwards at another gunship that cruised overhead. "This area is undergoing random checks for security."

"Oooh." Daria replied. Well, that didnt sound too bad. Daria could take care of herself. She wondered if this had anything to do with Naboo...or something else. Either way, she wasnt as worried as before now. She followed the trooper, as they led the way.

At this, the clone spun neatly on his heal and lead the way back out of the greenery towards what seemed to be a modified cargo speeder parked in the street a short distance away. Even from a distance computer equipment could be seen blinking inside and another squad of clones moved unhurriedly around the vehicle questioning two dozen or so people who appeared to have been similarly rounded up.

Upon arrival, one of the squad members pointed at a blue helmeted trooper and spoke tersely over his should. "Please see Sergeant Ify."

Daria nodded, and then looked around. She spied the blue helmet he was pointing too, and walked her way over in that direction. She was glad that the program she had set up in the hospital was due to activate soon. The less records on file for them, the better. She waited, wondering what this was about, as she yanked her cloak around her shoulders.

Head Nurse
Ermed Medical Facility, Port District, Eriadu City

The nurse had seen these troops before. "Now, who are you, and who's authority are you working on?" she asked, glaring at the security personnel. She didnt get her job by being a pushover. "If he's a patient, I dont care WHAT kind of security you are, you better have a good reason for storming into a medical facility."

"This is a classified Republic Intelligence operation - we are here for your safety." That caught the nurses attention, and she nodded, satisfied with the comment. Her eyebrow arched for a moment, as she began to work on the The spokesclone tilted his head for a moment and then refocused on a point somewhere above the nurse's left eyebrow. "Intelligence confirms you have only one Bothan patient. Where is this Bothan's room?" She thought to herself, if Intel can tell you THAT..then I'm sure you already know the room. She kept that comment to herself.

The nurse quickly scanned her files. "He's up on the 5th floor. But, I will do you no good. He's not there. He left. Checked himself out a few hours back, according to records. Supposed to return shortly." she replied, as she sat back in her seat. She had already forgotten the other aliens that had been bothering her eariler. Her schedule was ruined. She was not happy.

OOC: Er, those of you in my AirTaxi, you didn't seem to notice that my character offered you all a lower fare before the clones arrived (check my last post). I know it wasn't really noticeable. Just pointing it out. ;)
