OOC: I was thinking about using the missile launcher thingy I've had attached, but it seems the moment's passed...

IC:
Without hesitation, DR-123 fired the blaster cannons on its arms, killing the Whiphid.
It then rolled into the wheel form and followed the Bounty Hunters' leader.


EDIT: Whoa! That's a Whiphid! Good thing I killed him, probably really depressed, the poor guy, not being able to get a date with a face like that!

 

OOC:Interdictor...maybe I can steal that...

IC:
*Bebel almost grinned*
Bebel: Pull the 1300 inside, and pull us underneath the interdictor, and begin an ion barrage as soon as we're in range. Do not send the fighters out, though.

*The leader had heard the shots and dissappeared to safety while his Trandoshan guards turned toward DR-123 and began firing their blasters*

*The dreadnaught begins to move below the Interdictor but the two flanking Strike Cruisers begin to fire upon it, they inflict heavy damage. Their fire is joint by that of the Interdictor.*

(I hope you realise what you're up against. The chances of survival are not good.)

Mogarnd Droker has recently learnt that his employee Sha Loran has stolen a sum of credits from his establishment on Coruscant. The Hutt is offering 30,000 credits for the assassination of his Twi?lek employee. Collection can be made at the Tusken Oasis.


Altukon Quender's latest Spy Report:

The Galactic Armoury and Weaponry Specialist Group is in desperate need of information. It has lost some of its operatives to murderers and is seeking justice. Any Information brokers who can provide information as to the assassination of Gelandral Lanceakhan and the other dead commandos will be rewarded 20,000 credits.


News has spread of trouble on Alderaan. The peaceful planet has been the victim of several attacks in recent weeks from unknown pirate groups and is seeking military assisstance. The reward for eradication of the pirates is 100,000 credits


Galactic News Update

The Jedi Order has been reformed on Coruscant at the rebuilt Jedi Temple. The Order is currently seeking anyone who has Force potential to undergo testing. It also seeks any Jedi who may have been in hiding to rejoin the Order and help teach some of the apprentices.

 

OOC: Of course I do. But I want to steal that interdictor!

IC:
*Bebel was enjoying himself*
Bebel: Now, turbolaser barrage on the crusier to our left, and a missle barrage on the one to our right...Evasive maneuvers, now!
*Bebel ordered a transmission to the captains of the SCs*
Bebel: Surrender now, or I will destroy you...
Imperial captains: How? You're too damaged, now.
Bebel:Like this! Full speed ahead!Right at them!*He waited a minute*Eject the reactor! Turn hard...NOW!!!

 

IC:
DR-123 weaved and twisted to make the Trandoshans' jobs harder. Finally, it slipped into a side corridor where it unrolled, engaged shields and prepared its blaster cannons before turning the corner and facing the guards again.

 

Revisha looked around to see if she could see the member of the Dark Sun Organization. While waiting with the other dancers she stood up on a stand and looked at the tables. She saw some dark figure in a corner, but she wasn't sure if it was the member or not.

(Well you can't say I didn't warn you...)

*The turbolaser barrage on the crusier to the left has little effect since the enemy ship is using the same attack. The missle barrage on the one to the right however causes more heavy damage.*

*The two Strike Cruisers continue to fire with all available weapons... the enemy would soon be destroyed, its sheilds were almost down and that would be the end*

*Unfortunately since the Dreadnaught is a large ship, evasive maneuvers have little affect in defense.*

(I don't beleive it's possible to eject a reactor... wouldn't that stuff up your ship...) ?

*The Dreadnaught ejects its reactor and the Interdictor Cruiser is hit hard, it's gravity well projectors are damaged*

(I must warn you that you about to be destroyed...)

*The guards fired but DR-123 weaved and twisted avoiding their shots. Finally, it slipped into a side corridor where it unrolled, engaged shields and prepared its blaster cannons before turning the corner and facing the guards again*

*The guards accuracy was better this time but their shots were harmlessly absorbed by the droid's starfighter class sheilds*

*By this time all surrounding people and aliens had left the area seeking safety*

*Soon the dancers were escorted into Jabba's main Audience Chamber. The crowd watched as Jabba orders them to dance over the trapdoor which led to the rancor pit below*

*The dark figue Revisha had noticed earlier was watching with extreme interest*

 

OOC: Destroyed? Nah...Bebel has too many modifications on that old rust-bucket!

IC:
Bebel: Activate the back-up now!
*the ship came to life again*
Bebel:Get us going! Full hyperspace!
*the ship jumped out of the system, hurt, but not destroyed*

 

Revisha wondered if that was who she was looking for. The dark figure had complete focus on her. Revisha looked away for fear that if it was who she was looking for would sense that she really wasn't working for Jabba. Revisha was wearing a slave suit to disguise herself a little bit better. Jabba was watching all the dancers and he ate a frog like creature. Green slime was around his mouth. Revisha was very cautious for the Rankor was below her feet. Blue and red twi'leks were dancing too. Revisha was the only human girl there basically.

Tatooine, Jabba's Palace

*Luckily Jabba is pleased with the dancers and their performance is soon complete. They are given a chance to change clothing and Revisha soon searches for the dark figure*

*After speaking to some of the assassins, theives and other undesireables in Jabba's Palace, Revisha learns that the dark figure's name is Prok Atunal. A Twi'lek that had just departed and headed for Chalmun's Cantina in Mos Eisley*

 

Hey, everyone. I'm planning on joining back up to this RPG now that I've got some more time on my hands. Umm, if it isnt too much, can I get a small briefing on current galactic events? I will also be abandonaing all characters except Grid, and since Ree-Yees is gone, I'll be taking B-4D0 as my own character, since it's Grid's droid.

 

"That's my new prey I guess," Revisha said to herself very softly. Revisha was still in a slave suit for trying to fit in with the other dancers and etc. Revisha had a blaster on her leg that was showing for the slits went up to her mid-thigh on the black, glittering skirt. Revisha's long, dirty blond hair waved as she walked over and by the table to see how the twi'lek would react to her passing by. Revisha paid no attention to him. She was pretending to mind her own business.

 

OOC: Well yeah...I had no chance, but I didn't want them to know I was helping a smuggler. So, I attacked! Then, I ran! Always a great strategy! ^_^

I was thinking of heading out to the nearest repair yard, getting fixed up, then finishing my run.

IC:
*Bebel called his client to the bridge*
Bebel: I'm sorry, but we were in a fight with the Imperials, and we must put in for repairs. I trust that is fine with you?

The Empire is now under my command. The New Republic continues its slow growth. The smugglers, mercenaries, assassins and bounty hunters are flourishing. Same as usual

*The twi'lek looked around slightly nervously. He wondered if Revisha had recognised him in the shadows at Jabba's Palace*

IC:
*Bebel stopped in at the nearest "Body-Shop", Gezno's Hub, which is run by his old friend, Gezno Hudnel*

Bebel: Gezno, old pal! I need repairs for my ship, with no questions asked. As fast as you can.

 

Revisha walked by in a normal and casual way. Someone called out to her and said "Stop right there slave!" Revisha looked at the twi'lek and then she ran out of the Cantina.

"Well this disguise sure worked good. They think I'm a slave when I'm not," Revisha said to herself while running.

"Now how am I going to get to that twi'lek? If he comes here to help me than I can pretend to be his friend or something. I just don't understand why the Shado Inquisitor wants all these members dead. What's wrong with them?" Revisha asked while running into an alley way with the sun blazing doing on Revisha's back. Revisha leaned up against a sandy, rough wall while some creatures ran past her and some storm troopers.

Revisha turned around and started to run farther into the alleyway when she bumped into someone. She fell down to the ground and looked up. It was the twi'lek.

"May I help you in some assisstance my lady?" he asked holding a hand out to her to help her up.

"Maybe," Revisha said. Revisha looked up and saw the Shado Inquisitor on the roof of a building in the alleyway.

 

IC: DR-123 rolled up again and continued persuit of the leader, hoping to find him so the job could be completed.

*Genzo gets started and a few weeks later the repairs are complete...*

Genzo: "That'll be 80,000 credits"



Mertroid

Tatooine, Alleyway

"Maybe," Revisha said. Revisha looked up and saw the Shado Inquisitor on the roof of a building in the alleyway.

*The Shadow Warrior just stood there looking down upon her for a few moments while the Twi'lek helped her up. She held his gaze and the Twi'lek wondered what she was looking at.*

*The Twi'lek followed her gaze and looked upward but Shado Inquisitor was gone... The Twi'lek wondered if Revisha was okay.*

"Let me introduce myself, my name is Prok Atunal. And you are...?"

*It was then that Revisha noticed the weapons the Twi'lek was carrying: A standard looking Blaster, a long Vibro Blade and several Vibro Daggers*

*As the droid left he made an escape but could not find the leader of the Bounty Hunter's Guild...*

 

OOC: 80,000? Too much! Too much!

ICBebel haggled with Genzo*
Bebel: 60,000. No more.
*Bebel handed Gezno a chip for 60,000 creds, and left for his ship*

 

Revisha knew she couldn't give away her real identity to him for he was the member of the Dark Sun Oranization that she was looking for.

"Galaleia," Revisha said quickly and calmly while shaking the twi'lek's hand.

"So what was that whole scenery back there about?" Prok asked while walking beside Revisha.

"They thought I was a slave. You heard the bartender saying stop slave. I just dance sometimes to entertain, but I'm not a slave," Revisha said looking over at the twi'lek and he had complete focus on her.

"Well I can see why Galaleia, they misjudged you for the outfit," Prok pointed out at Revisha's slave outfit. Revisha had that for a while for she escaped from a Sogrian named Kalsa two years ago.

"Yeah. So I have a question, why did you help me? I mean you don't really know me and you didn't know who I was before?" Revisha asked with a look of confusion but she was pretending to not know.

Revisha could sense that Shado Inquisitor was on the rooftops keeping an eye on her.

 

IC:
Uttering a burst of static, DR-123 began its return to its ship, the Orbital Decay, so it could return to Coruscant, with half its job done.

"That makes sense, but I mean right after I ran out of the cantina, you were in there, and then I bumped into you out here. Oh well, never mind," Revisha said while walking beside the twi'lek.

 

OOC: Damn. I couldnt have picked a worse time to re-join. *Sigh* I hate School.

IC:

Grid decided that he had spent enough time on Corellia. In the next few hours (after prepping his TIE Defender), he took off from Coronet with B-4D0 shouting "But what about Mistress--" before Grid shut him off.

His course was Coruscant.
