    A lightsaber fight in high speed then low speed then stopping with a heavy metal song playing the background

    But yes, Star Wars isn't the Matrix, and vice versa. A Matrix style lightsabre battle would look way cool (can you imagine the blades swinging and leaving these glowing trails in slow-mo? :D), but it's not going to happen.

    I wouldn't mind seeing Princess Leia in a black leather cat-suit, on a speeder-bike, going against the traffic on Coruscant. :)
