NYC, NY The StarBUCKS Cantina Thread

I had to do it.

I have some kind of Starbucks every monring when I get into work. It costs a fortune, but that is what an addiction can do.

at about $4 a day and sometimes twice a day, it can be more costly than a cigarette addiction. Though not as unhealthy.

What is your Starbuck Coffee of choice?

At the moment I will say a Iced White Chocolate Mocha...with Whip

 

Iced caramel macchiato, or one of their "Lighter Roast" coffees. I usually get my coffee elsewhere though.

 

Caramel Frappachino.

 

1.07 for 7 11 french Vanilla coffee. Yummy

 

I find that a grande Mocha Frappucino could get me through the mornings in the olden days... or, for a rare treat, add a shot of the mint syrup to that... mmmmm, mint and chocolate...

Fortunately for my health, I have given up on caffeine for about the last month now... but it's hard when I think about grande iced mochas, let alone frappucinos...

 

Less than 13 hours until my next Starbucks, what will it be tomorrow, hmmmmm.

 

I usually get my coffee at Dunkin Donuts. I pass one on my way to school. I usually get a French Vanilla iced coffee.

Empire Coffee on 41st and 9th has the best coffee. I buy beans there too.

Oh yeah... when I worked at the HSBC Tower at 40th/5th I went to the Dunkin' Donuts on 40th/Madison. The morning deal for 2 donuts + medium coffee... mmmmm.

Dunkin' Donuts is one of the only places left that uses cream in their coffee.

 

For plain ole regular coffee Dunkin Donuts is the best for me.

 

No Starbucks where I live

But I like their regular Coffee Frappucinos I get at the grocery store...but there is so little in one bottle that you have to get two...

 

Moe -

Bottled frappucinos (while able to give you a caffeine fix in a jiff) are nowhere near close to a good, real Frappucino.

Go get a real one when you're in the city next -- try the mocha one. Mmmmmmmmmm...

I could not agree more.

No Starbucks near where I live either. I do have one in the building I work.

 

We do a Starbucks run at work at least once a week, sometimes more. In the summer I go for the Mocha Frapachino, in the Winter it a Grande Mocha.

For fun, Tall Iced Skim Latte.

 

Usually I'm a Mocha Frappucino kind of guy. But this past weekend it was too hot for a thick frozen drink so I followed my wife's lead and tried the Tazo iced tea. That's some good stuff, too.

In winter it's all about the skim cafe mocha. 'Cause I'm watching my figure.

 

I usually get a French Vanilla iced coffee

I get that from 7-11 when im on my way to work in the afternoons. Unless its the winter...then i get hot coffee

 

With my breakfast today I have a Iced Grande Caramel Macchiato with Whipped cream...yummmmmm

soy milk mocha no whip....can't have dairy, not supposed to have caffeine but as MS said about addiction...

I have never been inside a Starbucks. Dunkin Dounuts Extra Lagre coffee, everyday. Thats the way to go baby.

 

god u coffee freaks.....and i'm a sicko with how much i had used on seeing the movie....
