Abq The Symphony needs Stormtroopers, Clone Troopers... spt 23 & 24

So I'm just guessing , but was I left out because I am EU armor and not from the movies?

 

I have sent out an email to everyone who wanted to buy tickets, or should receive tickets for participating.

Sean, looks like any of us can come dressed as anything, (jedi, rebels, x-wing pilots, tuskens, smugglers) to greet people in the lobby before during and after... that would be pretty cool, it would just increase our presence there.

You know, sometimes we aren't done bowling by 6:00. How is that going to affect the practice?

Hey Bob for the Tuesday Dress rehersal walk through, I won't be able to be in costume due to i'm at school from 2pm - 6:45PM and I won't be able to get there till maybe 7pm. My class ends at 645 in dane smith hall so it will take me like 5-10 min to get across campus to popejoy.

 

No problem.


Here's the plan for the rehearsal. The NMSO doesn't start playing until 7:30. The choreographer would like us to be there around 6 so that she can start showing troopers what it is that we'll be doing in certain parts of the production. We will also be doing a walk-thru of Popejoy hall, figuring out where you'll be posted, dressing up, etc.

 

If anyone was wondering, for those of us who aren't trooping there is no real dress code for this concert. They said it will range from people in suits, to people in jeans and a T-Shirt. Just try not to wear shorts.

 

Ticket sales are extended 24 more hours. You have until 6pm Friday to buy your tickets.

Hey guys ... David just called me and they (steve I think) told him we were not getting free tickets to the show. We could get in the show for free and that was all ... no extra ticket. We could however have a flex pass.....what are the facts to this. Bob I think David called you and left a voicemail. Sorry to be a pain in the A$$.

 

Here it is:

If you are trooping one night, you get one ticket. If you troop both nights, you get two. The ticket is yours to deal with.

I'm gonna PM you and Dave some info, roman!

Let's just say that I'm doing the best that I can.

I know some are not ecstatic about the way the work detail may be set up, but if anyone else has a better idea, they should speak up.

Ok call me dumb. I'm so confused, this doesn't make since. It seems that each time something different is said..... More then likely I will be downstairs for the first part, and somewhere upstairs during the second. Tara will be with the first part, and sitting? the second part. So I need one ticket a night for her, and none for me right? My head is hurting.....
