man, 3rd page before i even get to look on this council thread - we really are post happy!

so i've been trying to read all the posts and i'm confused - when is the meeting - today or tomorrow - time? does spike know? how many memmbers (two m's, the jtc sig) will be there?

WLOR - fear not, even if they do attempt to exclude, i'm sure you can pm any of us and we'll quote ya if you've got anything to say!

 

The memmbers (OH I GET IT ) have all been... well, there's twelve and it's staying that way. Apparently the meeting is tommorrow at 5/5:30 board time... I think...

i think we need to determine the purpose of the council, and then we would be able to determine the best setup for achieving it.

after discussing it at the meeting, i think the best method and setup will present itself, so i'm waiting before i make a recommendation...

 

ummmmmmmm,maybe everytime there is a meeting a different member leads a discussion.

 

The second thing we will need to discuss is our duties on the Council. What I mean is, each member's SPECIAL status. Like aggressive member, wise one etc. First if we are to even have it. Second what to have. And third who has what.

Any comments?
