the temple moved or what ?

if you look at a picture of the jedi temple at the celebration scene and then look at a picture of it in the PT you cannot see any of those buildings from the celbraition scene in the background ? so what is goin on

 

If they weren't there during the PT, then they must've been built afterwards.
You must also remember that the Jedi Temple could be seen from Padmé's apartment and vice versa. Yet, her apartment was never visible in any shot of the Temple in AOTC. They simply never showed the Temple from that angle. So, the buildings you see during the victory celebration may very well have been there all along.
