All these "influentual" people were online on the YJCC. That's hardly an influence on the JC as a whole.

 

Au contraire. A great deal of the members mentioned have had a great influence on the JC as a whole. Just because you've only seen them in YJCC doesn't mean that's the only place they've posted to. Heck, some of these people were around before it was called the YJCC, when it was a small community called Miscellaneous.

What do most people define as influential? I include both sides of the spectrum, from the upstanding posters to the degenerate trolls. Hey - it's all about long-term impact.

YodaJeff Smart guy who always seems to know what the **** he is talking about, if you ever are unsure an issue and he says something about it, better go with what he says
