ok, so my latest Panel Saturday nigth is at 9:00 pm, so I guess we could congregate (at least some of us) at 8, and I'll depart and return around 10.

As for heckling me. *holds up piece of paper* none of you have my panels schedule, although you're all bound to show up at one.

Duck Dude: I remind you we ALL should attend the Masquerade at 8pm, in the ball room. It`ll run quite a few hours.

The hotel room is our fall back position AFTER the party dies out.

Hey I;m there all weekend folks, for all 8 panels, one fo which I have to moderate.

Ok,I was wodnering if any people wanted to meet up on the Thursday night and chill potentially talk of who's bringing what to the party eg. pop, beer, chips, whiskey, cake, wine, spirit, the rest.

 

if tt is this weekend...being the long weekend...i am outta town!

 

Nope, next weekend, this weekend is party till yer plastered weekend then blow off an arm.

 

I shall be there for the Saturday and the party that evening, natch.

 

Ok, let's make it clear for all of us, I suggest we meet sometime around 6 or 7 in the hotel lobby, or at a panel given by one of us on friday evening, mine are only on saturday and sunday.

Plus, I've given taughts about an idea,

Remeber Cobra the musical, here are the times for that particular week-end
July 5 5:30pm - Friday
July 7 7:30pm - Sunday
July 8 2:00pm - Monday

let's scratch saturday off, costume contest, and then there's friday, but it might be a little too early. so that would leave monday, anyone want to go?

So friday evening hotel lobby or one of our panelist team's panel?

 

Let's see, friday 7:00 I'm in Behind the X-Files in Salon 27. we could meet there I suppose.

My only other panel that night is at 10.

We could see about meeting earlier though and trekking/bussing down the stree for some decently priced grub.

 

Well you know that area better then any of us, since you live there dude.

However, keeping with tradition, I always rally the troops to Swiss Chalet.

I remember this one year, we went with a number 20 strong, the majority in costume.

Poor waitress, shaking with fear as "Captain Kirk and Janeway" were requesting extra sauce...

Manager almost had a heart attack as a Borg was paying by interac...

 

That's nothing, how about 80 some odd Stormtroopers and fellow imperials taking over Planet Hollywood!

That was cool!

 

I could imagine Planet holylwood rathe rhappy actually Ken. Except when it came to handing otu bills.
