Well I believe my left leg is English.
The bottom half of my right leg is mixed German/English and others!
And the rest of me is Welsh!

Or to make it easier, 2 Welsh grandparents, 1 Welsh/German Granparent, 1 Welsh/mixed breed Grandparent.

I was born and raised in England but I consider myself Welsh by blood.

Well I suppose if you consider yourself Welsh, then that's good enough for me.

It might help if you were to chop off the parts of your body you consider to be English though.
