The Two Towers... Your Opinion of it?

LOVED IT! LOVED IT!! I LOVED IT SO MUCH!!!

 

I thought it was great, much better than FotR

 

Ahhh, it was awesome. I'm such an LoTR dork.

 

I had to wait a month to see it but boy, was it worth it? The Battle of Helms Deep was amazing, nothing even comes close to it, not even the battle on Geonosis.

 

I thought it was great.

After seeing the first two movies, I realized that I really love the human characters. My favorite character from FOTR was Boromir, and my favorite from TTT was Eowyn.

I just felt it odd considering the fantasy genre, and how I could like the more fantastical characters. And given this movie's larger human character count, I liked it a whole lot.

 

I didn't fall asleep for this movie! Woo!

 

It was alright.

 

It was a great film. I can't wait for the third one- watching all 3 films together, in sequence will be wonderful.

 

Loved it! Especially anything having to do with Rohan! And Eowyn!

Where is the "Lets grab our pitch-forks and march on Peter Jackson's house" option?

Tolkien wrote a piece of crap, and Jackson put it on film. If the baby stinks, changing its shirt isn't going to make the smell go away.

The only movie which I have ever seen which could potentially be worse than this abomination is Fellowship of the Ring.

It was awesome!! I got it the day it first came out on DVD. MUCH better than the first one, and it's also my favorite of the books. More Legolas is always a good thing!!!

I thought it was a brilliant movie. The EE made it even better.

 

I thought it was great, even if they cut it short. Can't wait to see some of the elements they cut out of it in ROTK.

By Far the Best Movie of the Year.

I think AOTC is a better movie to just sit down, and watch, then get up and leave.

Still, TTT is the best movie if your looking for an experiance. The acting is FAR better then AOTC, though you can't blame the actors. In TTT the actors were there characters Viggo=Aragon. In ATOC they had to act on Blue Screen the whole time, and it's very difficuly to make look good.

 

A decent movie on its own, but a wretched adaptation of the original text. It could've been just as good a movie without butchering Tolkien so much.

 

One word: Raggotastical (yes, with an 'a', not an 'e')

 

I thought this movie was great like the other 2.

 

I didn't like it at all. The changes they made were horrible. They didn't go to Helms Deep to Hide in the book. They went there to fight. They made Faramir a Boromir clone which he isn't. That was inexcusable. The Ents not wanting to fight at first was also an abomination. Changes like that shouldn't happen. Not to mention Gandalf's exorcism of Theoden.
