    New CNN polls out, both Michelle Nunn (Dem-Senate) and Jason Carter (Dem-Gov) winning in Georgia. Nunn is up against a Perdue, one of the most powerful families in the state - Carter, while famous, is up against incumbent Nathan Deal.

    However, Atlanta Journal-Constiution poll, also released today, has both Republicans ahead, with Deal up 5 points.

    Georgia has always been a bit of an odd state to project - should be said that the people running Nunn's campaign, in particular, have really done a fantastic job. She was the longest of long shots a few months back, and now has a legitimate chance to flip a southern seat to the Democrats. Would be quite the coup.

    How much longer is the government going to drag out sentencing Bernard Von NotHaus? It'll be four years in March since the trial and he's still walking free? Sounds to me like they're hoping he'll die and they won't have to sentence him.

    Sometimes I wish I lived in the world of these right wing propaganda bubbles. Can you imagine: a world where the GOP can never win elections due to massive rigging of the system, Obamacare is literally going to nationalize healthcare, everyone is turning gay, guns are being taken away, and the President of the United States is an unabashed socialist? Sounds kind of awesome.

    Just be mindful of that in other situations as well, Juliet. Remember, one of your own recent sources was from "Think Progress," which is probably 10x more leftist than J-Rod's above link is righty. You probably didn't even consciously think about the bias of that other link when you supplied it. Maybe both should be beginnings to find additional information if someone wants to disprove them?

    Or, in a nutshell, and to borrow from South Park: "Either all of it is ok, or none of it is."

    Exactly - tons of links from here to Talking Points Memo, which is also an openly liberal source. There are very few impartial sources, and they are rarely seen in these parts.
