The oil-rich home of glitz, the United Arab Emirates, has appointed new ministers of "tolerance" and "happiness" as part of a cabinet reshuffle, as it attempts to cement its position as the Arab world’s most eye-catching nation.

 

Been there. No interest in going back, no matter how "tolerant" and "happy" the cabinet ministers make it.

Love the golfing there. Saadiyat beach Golf Club is great. Tough fairways though. Has great horse racing too.

I like the restraint of setting a goal no less than 100 years away. And I mean that sincerely.
