I remember a drink from the old B&G in the EPII/EPIII SA forum called screaming podracer. I can't remember what the ingredients were but I do know it used to be served with a flaming head.

As for what sport should be on the monitors, why Bantha wrestling of course! It involves a team of Tuskans trying to tame a rabid Bantha the first team to successfully tame the best wins a years supply of free gauze!

 

Then you should know David Aebischer Mara!

Lets face it..the Americans couldn't hack playing rugby, so they invented nice protective armour to protect themselves and confused to rules to the point where it didn't matter that no-one understands them so as to just have a brawl on the field and call it a game.

Now, if you Americans can ever find it, try watching a game of Rugby Union...preferably between two big sides, like England and South Africa (this Saturday, live on Sky Sports 2 from 1:30pm) or Australia and anyone else...then you'll see what the game of American Football was derived from and realise that rugby is the only true game of sportsmen (and women) left.
