Week three of The Price of Hope is up. These are centered around Cassian Andor.

 

Where were they? It was Monday afternoon and the new drabble prompts still hadn't been posted. She paced restlessly, growing more anxious by the minute. Curse the mods! It was all their fault that she was in this condition. They'd gotten her addicted to the drabbles, and now they were withholding her fix. How dare they! Did they not even know what a powerful drug the drabbles were? Already, she was entering withdrawal. As she broke out into a cold sweat, she was able to turn her thoughts away from herself for a moment, pltying the others suffering this misery with her. Her nerves frayed, she began biting her nails. How much longer must she wait? If the prompts didn't come soon, her rapidly expanding collection of polishes would become irrelevant, as her nails would be chewed to the quick.

 

New study plan: for every chapter I get though of Economic Development (yeah, it's about as boring as it sounds), I get to write a drabble.

 

I thought y'all would find that entertaining. And I don't even know how many words it is, because I didn't bother to count.

 

Trying this out to restore some faith in my writing...completed Week 1.

Nothing and Everything

 

Right... **cracks open thesaurus again** (This is not unusual. Just making mention of it...)

And... Cowgirl Jedi 1701 : it was 140.

 

I'm done for the week four and catching up with others' work and the comments I got.

And wow, that "drabble" was awesome. I snickered.

 

Midst all my studying, I got 500 words of rapping dropped over in NSWFF.

 

Argh! I'm battling the temptation to get started on these, but I already have a gazillion other neglected projects under way. Let's see how long I can resist...

 

Come to the Darkside...we have drabbles and cupcakes.

I'll bake the cookies... the cupcakes... the lamb (it's Easter, after all). What I don't need right now it to write drabbles! But I think I'll end up writing them anyway
