Geez, all this AOTC! You guys are getting spoiled because of all the special effects!!

ESB is still the best out of all of them I think--even if it doesn't have a truckload of fancy effects. While AOTC was 10 times more awesome than TPM it still doesn't have the great script and endearing characters that ESB has...

ANH and ROJ are tied for third place at the moment with 27 votes a piece.

 

When I was younger, it was Ep6, but now it's Ep5. Han and Leia's interaction, in the midst of all that is going on, is just great fun to watch. Plus it's got: Luke vs Vader, Millenium Falcon hijinks, snow battles, speeders, ships galore, Yoda's final padawan training sessions, and of course no Tarkin to stop Vader from force-choking all the schmucks... just to name a few things.

The original is still, and always will be I'm sure, the best movie ever made. Others have come close, but nothing has seriously challenged the champion yet. ANH RULES!

I have always enjoyed ANH but ATOC comes close to being my favorite.

 

Well my top 2 is very easy, after that its gets very difficult to decide. Here it goes.

ESB - Unbeatable!!!
TPM - not as bad as you think.
AOTC - Goog but not better the ESB

It would be interesting to see the results of this poll if everyone were to vote now.

ESB would win hands down. People have gotten over the excitement of the new Star Wars movie, and are better able to accurately rate it in the saga.

The Weenie thinks ESB would win by a LANDSLIDE, since most people have had a chance to get over all the flash of AOTC.
