SWRPF Archive The Ultimate Spider-man: Chaos (Non SW RPG)

Based of off the Ultimate universe in the Marvel comic books. We will tend to try and focus more around the Ultimate Spiderman characters but fill free to intervene other "ultimate" characters (example the Ultimates, Ultimate X-Men, Ultimate DareDevil and Elektra). Fill free to introduce old Spiderman villians or hero that havn't been developed into an "ultimate version" yet.

Storyline: Peter Parker is a 15 year old, dealing with his powers and how they affect his life. He has already had run in's with several mutants and other super heros. After recently going through massive trauma do to his friend Eddie Brock turning into the symboite(SP?) venom and then mysteriously disapearing Peter has no idea what life has in store for him now.

RULES:

BIO: Peter Parker was orphaned at an early age, and went to live in Forest Hills, Queens, New York with his elderly Aunt May and Uncle Ben. He grew up as a shy, be-spectacled studious boy, with a real talent for the Sciences. It was at a scientific demonstration of a new radiation technology, that the incident happened which was to change his life forever.

BIO: Harry Osborne was grieved to know his father was the monster who attacked everyone and his best friend Peter Parker was the hero who saved everyone. Harry didn't mean to kill his dad, he wanted to stop him from killing his friend. But he killed his father by doing so. Harry looked at what his father had been doing and enhanced the project. Now, when Harry took the Performance Enhancers, he didn't become a hulking monster. He designed a costume, too, and he used the glider and the other weapons. But when Harry puts on the mask, he believes he is his father and tries to kill more people.

BIO: Matt Murdock was the son of 'Battling Jack' Murdock, a boxer who made his living in New York's Hell's Kitchen. Raising Matt alone, due to the death of Matt's mother, the elder Murdock took it upon himself to provide a better life for his son. He began to work as an enforcer for the Fixer, a local mobster, to give Matt more than his boxing winnings. However, Jack Murdock taught his son not to fight and tried to guide him into studies. Matt became a bookworm, and repeatedly was mocked by students. They teased him by calling him 'Daredevil'. Matt didn't want to get his father mad at him, so he secretly trained himself, so he could stand up to the bullies at school.

While walking down a street one day, Matt noticed a blind man was about to get hit by a truck. He ran in front of the truck, and pushed the blind man out of the way. However, the truck was carrying radioactive waste, and some spilled out directly onto Matt's eyes. Matt couldn't see anymore.


Matt's remaining senses became heightened, and he was able to 'see' using a 'radar' sense, that showed outlines and shapes. His hearing became so acute that he could hear heartbeats. He could smell the faintest odor in a room. He could touch a newspaper to 'read' it.


After the accident, a mysterious blind man named Stick offered to help the boy develop his new found powers, and train him in martial arts.


During this time, Jack Murdock was enjoying some success in the boxing ring. However, he soon found out that all his matches were fixed, and he was to throw his next fight. Jack didn't want to lose his match in front of his son in the audience, so he went against his orders and won the match.
He was murdered by the Fixer's men that night.
Matt, using his new training and abilities, sought revenge against his father's killers.

 

Possessed of probability-altering powers or forced to rely solely on her athletic prowess, this reformed cat burglar is bad news. Shedding her criminal tendencies, feline fatale Felicia Hardy fell in love with the Amazing Spider-Man and joined his heroic crusade -- wrapping the web-slinger around her pretty little paw. But when their relationship ended, she proved there's truth to the ages-old superstition: It's bad luck to cross paths with a black cat!

History/bio:

Felicia Hardy grew up a spoiled little daddy's girl, intent on emulating her beloved father Walter in every way. When he disappeared from her life, Felicia's mother told her he had died in a plane crash. Felicia later discovered the truth: Walter Hardy was the world's greatest cat burglar, but his crimes had caught up with him. He was alive, but languishing in prison. Determined still to follow in his footsteps, Felicia undertook a rigorous regimen of physical training that increased her strength, endurance and agility. She also studied lockpicking and safecracking, and mastered the martial arts.

It took years, but Felicia perfected her father's every move, learned his every trick. Rather than setting out to steal her fortune, she first donned the costume of the Black Cat when she found out her father was deathly ill. Believing he should be allowed to die in his own bed, she stole into prison and brought him home, evading Spider-Man in the process.

Although addicted to the thrill of the chase, the seemingly impulsive Black Cat is a meticulous planner. Early in her criminal career, she attempted to create the impression in adversaries' minds that she possessed the innate ability to bring them bad luck. Felicia would painstakingly prepare the scene of her upcoming crime so that "accidents" would appear to befall any pursuers. Relying on parlor tricks and sleight of hand, she was able to convince Spider-Man that she could indeed affect probability fields. Their game of cat-and-mouse continued for some time, with the vivacious Felicia constantly confusing and frustrating the object of her increasing fascination. The more she found herself fleeing Spider-Man, the more the Black Cat was inexplicably drawn to him.

Shedding her criminal tendencies, Felicia succumbed to her now-overwhelming attraction to hero and joined him in his war on crime -- thereby winning amnesty from the authorities. Wrapped around her pretty little paw, Spider-Man reciprocated the Black Cat's strong feelings, going so far as to reveal his secret identity. But when he discovered it was Spider-Man she wanted -- not Peter Parker, the man behind the mask ? the web-spinner put an end to their relationship.

The Black Cat has moved on with her life, though Peter remains ever-present in her thoughts. Although Felicia has lived off her ill-gotten gains for years, she hasn't so much as jaywalked in ages because of the profound effect their relationship had on her life.

Motor cycle can batter through barricates, ride up walls, and set nearby flamable objects on fire.
BIO: Dan Ketch and his sister were going to a mystical event at Houdini's grave when they stumbled onto a transaction between the Kingpin's goons and Deathwatch's men. His sister, Barb, was critically injured. Dragging her away from the fracas to a nearby junkyard, Daniel spotted a motorcycle that looked brand new. The gascap was glowing. With a hand covered in his sister's blood, he reached out and touched it. Thus was a NEW GhostRider resurrected. Whenever innocent blood is shed, GR is called to correct the injustice (whether it's convenient for Daniel or not).
The Original Ghost Rider has chased after the new one, believing it to be the demon that possessed him returned--it isn't.

 

Well do to all the PM's with questions along with other thinks im going to let everyone decide on the verdict of this tread. There are three choices.

Choice #1: The only things that stay in the Ultimate universe side is the fact of the character relations (meaning all the younger characters such as Peter, MJ, Gwen, Harry..... are all still in highschool) and if we go with that the villians that have already happened in the Ultimate saga relations also staying the same (example: Eddie Brock disapearing as venom)

Choice #2: We turn this into an "Amazing Spider-man" thread. Which im sure everyone is more familiar with the story lines there.

WEAPONS: Wolverine's skeleton has been bonded with the indestructible metal Adamantium. Also, he possesses Adamantium-laced, retractable claws housed in his forearms. At will, he can release them through the skin on the back of each hand.

SPECIAL ABILITIES: Wolverine is blessed with animal-keen senses that enable him to track people and objects with an impressive degree of success. In addition, his accelerated healing factor allows him to survive wounds that would prove fatal to most humans and mutants.

James Howlett was born into privilege in Alberta, Canada, during the late 19th century, the second son of John and Elizabeth Howlett. Young James' mother was distant and remote due to the untimely death of her first son. Growing up, the sickly James was close friends with the red-headed Rose, his companion and tutor, and "Dog," the son of the Howlett?s cruel groundskeeper Thomas Logan.

Dog?s growing obsession with Rose finally prompted him to attack her -- forcing James? father to fire Thomas, and evict him and Dog from their home on the Howlett estate. The groundskeeper and his son stole into the mansion the next night and attempted to convince Mrs. Howlett to leave with them. Apparently, Thomas and Elizabeth Howlett had been engaged in an ongoing affair. When John Howlett interrupted their discussion, Thomas shot and killed his former employer. At the shock of seeing his father murdered, James manifested his latent mutant abilities, and bone claws jutted from the back of each hand. The beast within the boy unleashed at last, James attacked and killed Thomas, and slashed Dog?s face. Completely unhinged by the violence, Elizabeth took her own life.

James suffered a severe breakdown; his mutant abilities "healed" his mind as well as his body, blocking all memories of his last months at the Howlett estate. Because Rose and James were blamed for the deaths at the mansion, she spirited him away to a British Columbia mining colony. Rose gave James the name "Logan," so that his real identity would remain unknown.

The frail "Logan" grew into a strapping young man at the mine and became known for his strength and ferocity. He spent a great deal of time among the wolves in the nearby wilderness, discovering he had more in common with the wild beasts than his fellow man. Bullied incessantly, Logan acquired the nickname "Wolverine" thanks to his tenacity and refusal to back down from a challenge.

Logan?s happiness at the camp came to an end when Dog tracked him down. Finally remembering the night of his father?s death, Logan fought Dog savagely. During the struggle, Logan accidentally impaled Rose on his claws, killing her. Wracked by grief over the death of the woman he truly loved, he fled into the woods. Logan was not seen again for many years, but the legend of the man called Wolverine had begun.

The rest of Logan?s life is shrouded in mystery, peppered with half-truths and anecdotal reports of unconfirmed sightings. His healing factor seems to act against the effects of aging -- which would explain why, as a man of more than 120 years, he appears to be in his mid-30s.

In the latter half of the 20th century, the Canadian government subjected Logan to a bizarre battery of experiments intended to forge the ultimate killing machine. Weapon X scientists grafted the indestructible metal adamantium to Logan's skeleton and bone claws, and introduced memory implants that shaped his past to suit their ends. Combined with the earlier effects of his healing factor, these false memories have made it impossible for Logan to discern fact from fiction when recalling his former life. He now knows little of his past, save that it was fraught with pain and loss.

BIO: Little is known of Rogue's life before she manifested her mutant power, not even her real name. Raised in rural Mississippi, Rogue learned of her blessing and curse -- namely, the ability to temporarily absorb the psyches and abilities of others through skin-on-skin contact -- on the occasion of her first kiss with boyfriend Cody Robbins. When her lips met his, Rogue momentarily assimilated his identity and caused him to lose consciousness. In that instant, Rogue became Cody Robbins -- his thoughts and feelings fighting for dominance in her mind, threatening to eradicate her individuality.
Terrified of what she had become, Rogue ran -- as she would countless times in her young life, seeking safety in solitude. Rogue's powers have been known to spasm out of control -- and on those occasions, her mind becomes a battleground of residual psyches and strange memories. BIO: Kurt Wagner was abandonded by his parents at a very young age. Without his parents he didn't have anyone and was considered a loner. He found his spiritual side and became a priest in germany. After protests by the people of the town not wanting a mutant being in their house of God nightcrawler went off in seeking some other place to live. He came upon a circus and got a job. For then on he was know as the Amazing Nightcrawler. After an attempt on the presidents life. Professor Charles Xavier brought him in and he became a part of a mutant team called the X-Men!

 

So far, we only have 2 villains. With all the people signing on, I think the other side is going to need more help.
