    Had a chance to watch ESPN's 30f30 documentary on Parcells and Belichick this morning. I am a huge fan of both, so I loved it, but would recommend to anyone - the old footage from the Giants sidelines is the best.

    I love Parcells. I know what you mean about the Giants sideline stuff. He and Simms talk about it on the America's Game on the '86 Giants. Such great stuff. I love old school coaches like that who never left any doubt who was in charge and didn't baby players. There's also a clip of him when he coached the Cowboys when he is getting on Romo. "Come on Romo! Oh you're gonna love me!"

    And you can see that Belicheck's the same way, but not as flamboyant as Parcells was.

    I watched The Two Bills, too. There's some interesting inside info, but mostly it's two old school, emotionally closed off men being asked to talk about their feelings about each other. It's telling that the most emotional moments came during clips from other interviews, where they were not together. I recommend it for a look at Belichick's rise in the profession as a Parcells assistant, to see the role he played in Parcells' success and the whole weird situation with the Jets, but don't expect to penetrate their armor too deeply.

    other than the giants stuff, i probably enjoyed the end the most, when they were walking around metlife together. belichick asked parcells about his health, parcells ribbed belichick “you never should have lost that one, the tyree one” when they were looking at the giants’ four trophies. both refusing to go to the jets locker room.

    they are indeed gruff guys, but it was good fun.

    Turns out that the Rams only had to give up a fourth round pick from this year and a second round pick from next year for Peters, and they're getting a sixth round pick back.

    Panthers have cut Jonathan Stewart, it sounds like.

    Good run - also a class move (may have contract implications, dunno) to allow him the bulk of an offseason to latch onto another team.

    He actually had flashes of good play with the Bucs. Not sure if he's as bad as he looked or the Bears were just so terrible.

    For years, Cowboys fans were complaining about that "incomplete pass/not a catch" by Dez Bryant in the 2014 playoff game against the Packers. Well, yesterday, the NFL competition committee ruled it a catch.

    So, Cowboys fans got their justice. :p
