Week 9 injury report.
Bud Adams: Heads will roll.
NFL Ref swears on live TV.
That's kind of messed up, his contract just being voided. It's like they're trying to punish the franchise every way possible.
In all honesty though I can't see Payton walking. He's going to go where he's got a future hall of fame quarterback, a rabid fan base, and the most leverage.
Also I hope the Atlanta Falcons get water boarded.
Who ******* cares. **** that ****!
Absolutely right. Hopefully, Tom Benson has watched as his record-setting juggernaut of a franchise turned into a landfill this season, and he'll throw every dime in his pocket at Sean Payton. It'd be worth selling the Hornets to keep him if money's tight.
I don't see him walking either. He has a pretty good relationship with the owner of the team.
"That's what Drew Brees does for ya, he eats ya alive." --Jon Gruden
Wow, the defense looks semi-competent tonight. With better tackling and execution in general they'd be pretty solid.
Also, Marques Colston is underrated.
What's the over/under on how many times Andy Reid states "This one's on me." regarding the Iggles loss this evening? He seems to say that quite a bit any more.
once that i noticed.
Former Browns RB Milt Campbell dies at 78.
Marcus Vick apologizes for Twitter rant
Mickey Loomis' suspension is up.
Colts shave heads for Pagano
Should the Colts keep this run up and squeeze into a Wild Card, I'd like to see a joint Coach of the Year award go to Pagano and Arians. That would be really remarkable, and well deserved.
They might have to contend with Falcons' coach Mike Smith, because, well 8 - 0 right now. But I do agree the Colts are playing inspired, impassioned football for a sidelined Pagano right now.
Of course there's always one player that jinxes it by talking 16 - 0.
Tuesday's votes won't change NFL's pot policy.
New San Diego mayor shifts stadium dynamic
Arians and any sort of national recognition just seems so incredibly bizarre to me.
Has Peyton even had 2 rushing TDs in a season, let alone a game? LOL.
Are you kidding? I'm hoping this "recognition" doesn't have a bunch of teams coming after him for their head coaching vacancies.
I'm hoping he stays right where he is with the only team that wanted him this past off season.
Gruden plotting coaching return?
You know, Andy Reid needs to send flowers to both the Lakers and Mike Brown for the latter's firing pretty much burying this story.
Bill Simmons is amazing...
"Win or lose, we can't allow Sunday's game to distract from Peyton Manning's brilliant move a few weeks ago of purchasing 21 Papa John's restaurants in Colorado right before the state legalized marijuana."
Grantland is a fantastic site. It's telling for me that I often read their basketball articles, even though I have no interest in basketball.
Peyton Manning is really trying to connect with Colorado fans and take full advantage of that vote last week. He just tossed career TD pass number 420.
In the words of the NBA Jam announcer, the Saints are heating up.
Jeez we're not even putting up a fight.
oh good, it looks like the falcons are finally going to lose once.
Annnd... nope. 8-0
Sometimes, I think I may need a new brain.
Edit2: Whoever wins Cowboys/Eagles has a small chance now of trying to catch the Giants in the division in the 2nd half of the season. *sighs* This would be the week the 'Skins go on the bye wouldn't it?
