I just wanted to comment about the Bob Costas thing that I am disappointed no football commentators brought up the counterpoint that in the heat of the moment, the Belcher could just have easily spent years and years building up a giant personality cult around himself, convinced his girlfriend to move with him to a commune in Guyana, and then killed himself.

Besides, I haven't had the best of days, so it's nice to come home from a simple shopping errand (that turned out to be a two hour wait due to last minute holiday shoppers), and find my team managed to beat the browns with our back up QB.

I blame the CBS production team - they showed Ben's 28 wins in the 4th Quarter/OT. Every time it comes up in the broadcast, the Steelers loose.

 

Bengals/Steelers next week is basically a playoff game.

 

I wonder if NBC uses it's flex sched for that one?

Edit: *sighs* Oh well, we beat the Cowgirls at Thanksgiving, if it comes down to 'Skins/Cowgirls last game of the season for a playoff spot, we'll beat 'em again.

Oh wow, the Paticheats are getting their butts handed to them by the 49ers in the rain.

 

Holy ****. That PI call was the biggest bull**** ever. Feet getting tangled isn't PI. They only called it because Brady was whining on the previous play (and spiked the ball, which would be unsportsmanlike conduct on any other team/qb).


That being said, how the hell does someone drop 4 snaps in a game? Kaep has more upside but Smith can at least take a snap under center. Kaep needs to learn how to do this very basic thing.
