So...Peyton Manning's choice of wife somehow affects his Super Bowl play? And that of the entire team?:rolleyes:

I understand being excited that Peyton's team lost (my brother hates him), but this post is just odd.

I think the Doritos Time Machine was the best commercial of the lot, but none were very spectacular.

This was apparently a local commercial in Georgia during the broadcast. Beats anything I saw/have seen in forever.

I tend to love average commercials with big twists, so I liked the Full House reunion.

In LA one of our local commercials was for The Church of Scientology. No joke.

Speaking of regional Super Bowl news...

Kansas City market led the country in Super Bowl ratings

Better than Seattle. Better than New York. Better than Denver, who came in tenth (!)

KC is not that cold and doesn't get very heavy snow even when they get a bit. The city lives for football. Give us a Super Bowl already.

The Scientology commercial was in a bunch of major markets. WE had it here in NYC too, though I did ask if it was Mormonism at first...

And Kansas City won because you guys literally have nothing else to do in Kansas City other than eat BBQ, which you can do while watching the game. That's right, I said literally!!!!!!! (AaylaSecurOWNED)

There's a huge difference in terms of population between KC and NYC :p. 58.7% of television households in Kansas City is a lot less than 50.5% of television households in New York City.

Also you forgot the second part of the stat, in terms of the share of all those in the market who were watching television. (which seems to be explained by people going to bars or group parties to watch the game.) In that stat, both Denver and Seattle beat Kansas City.

Aren't there a lot of areas downtown, especially near Gaslamp, that are traffic light free and motorists are just supposed to yield? :p

Hey the broncos and the Tauntauns share the same colors. What a surprise both of them froze up when the spotlight was on them.
Your Tauntaun will freeze before the first marker.

Btw the Broncos set the record for quickest hopes dashed in a Superbowl.

The Coruscant Jedi are probably constantly criticized by haters for using the force or something like that to win Superbowls...

And lol @ the Redskins being the Gungans. I think my favorite helmet was the one with the TIE Interceptor on it. That was sweet!
