Ah, the VFL, otherwise known as the AFL these days, is a sport quite unlike any other.

So how appropriate it is that we actually have a thread in the VicFF that promotes discussion on one particular thing rather than endless random variables. A thread quite unlike any other in the VicFF.

So, just tell us who you support and all that jazz, and then the fiery passionate debates about who's better than who can begin...

I support the Melbourne Demons and am PROUD of it. I'm not afraid, the boys have put in a good effort since the break and that's entertaining enough. Kane, Melbourne vs Essendon this saturday, I dare you to join RP and I.

I'm a BLOODY proud and passionate supporter of the mighty Dons, the mighty Essendon, the best team in history, who've fielded argueable the most potent team in history (2000 Premier squad).

Yeah, they've lost 4 of their last 6 games, firmest. Ha ha leigh matthews, and go the Pies (my finals team!) for destroying that mob they call Carlton.


Yet another win to Essendon over Melbourne which means 8 consecutive wins since that infamous shoot-out in 1999. But it seems every professional football commentator/writer would argue that Melbourne would have won had they not been screwed by some piss-poor umpiring decisions. *shrugs*. A loss all the same, a tear down the cheek encore.
