I might take the time to mention that from only 16 games James Hird polled 19 votes leaving him equal third and a BOG away from another brownlow medal; by far averaging the most prolific vote tally of anyone on the night.

I hereby nominate Collingwood to replace Port Adelaide as the holders of the title for Chokers of the Game. We'll be back next year to claim what belongs up north.
