The Weather Thread v2.0

Since the forecast for the weekend calls for windy conditions, i packed only jeans.

Still chilly, although if you are in your car with the windows up its kinda hot.

 

Its like wrath of god stuff out there this morning. Wow. At least I wont have to water the lawn for a few days.

 

There's no wrath here. More like Annoyance of God.

 

Yay, rain!

Although I think our dogs would disagree. I had to get them all riled up and say "squirrel" like three times to get them to go out this morning.

 

it was some serious rain over night down here. the wind really started around 1130. and a huge amount of rain when i woke up this morning.

 

There is a rain snow mix at my work now. I'm not enjoying it at all!!!! Glad I'm inside.

 

Snowing like mad here. It looks like Starfest 2009 weather out there.

 

Yep Nature got the wrong weekend

 

It is snowing in the DTC. Maybe this will help wash off the mud rain on my car from earlier.

 

snow? wow its windy as all get out but we are sitting at 70 right now.

 

It rained and snowed enough for me to squeegee off the mud from my windows enough to see out of them

 

i wish it would rain and clean the air. its so hazy down here today its like being up there on a bad air day.

 

We had an exciting night tonight --2 tornado warnings, and a funnel cloud very close to my drive home.

 

It is very windy again!

Camping weather for this weekend is supposed to be clear of precipitation...average high 68, and low around 40. Its gonna be awesome! No rain fly, nothing to see at night but the stars.

 

Hope you have fun. I will be working in my garden & making a compost home from my worms

 

Or as I found out this weekend from Julie bean, they're called "dirt friends."

Although when they stopped squirming so much cause they were in her hands for so long, I convinced her to put them back down for a "dirt nap." I hope I was just making a joke.

 

I think the "dirt friend" seemed awfully...stretched.

I dont think it was asleep. I think it was stone cold. Kept her occupied for a minute, though.

Yup, we had tornados within about 10 miles from the house today. And near 104th & Chambers, my mom's car was destroyed and 2-3 windows in her house broken by 2.5" hail.

What a day.

 

Sorry, Bill but glad you guys are okay. Scary

 

I kinda liked the sun today. It felt energizing.
