OK the subdomain is up and you can now view the webpage at http://outerrim.ii.net

Also in the interest of professionalism, i want peoples OK's to use redirected emails for the committee members on the homepage.

ie. instead of having soupman@iinet.net.au as my e-mail it will be president@outerrim.ii.net

Once people OK them i will allocate the emails and have them redirect to the current listings......

Why not have more than one address LD. Then you can be all of the above.

I presume you can set up as many aliases as you want. Just to make sure I've got it all clear... We're going for position emails instead of name emails? eg. vp@outerrim.ii.net instead of
steveoneil@outerrim.ii.net?
Probably best that way since there'll be less messing around when positions change.
I wonder if David prowse wants an Outer Rim email address.

Is it possible to link the Outer Rim website up with the front page. Under the chapter headings NZ and Queensland have ther site linked up, could we do that with ours?

That might encourage more traffic to the site, yes.

 

The sites that are hooked up to the FanForce boards are FanForce sites, not seperate clubs.
OuterRim.Inc is a seperate club, thus it wont be hooked up...

 

Oh I just thought the Queensland site 'The Force Guild' and the New Zealand site were separate clubs like us as well. Thats why I mentioned it.

Most of the AOTC pictures work for me but there's a couple that don't. You might need to rename the files that have spaces in the file names because they're the ones that weren't working for me.

Yes, how come I'm on there when you get to edit yourself out?

 

That would probobly be because I am the webmaster, and I will do what I am told

Anyway, I think FA did an awesome job of that edited AOTC pic...


By the way, if anyone has any other pics from any event, we will add them as we get them... so send them in....

Also, if anyone has trouble adding lightsabre effects to pics, I am willing to help them out.....
