Post-midterm crazy? Yeah, I kept worrying and worrying about last years set of midterms, then ended up making all "A's" in most of the classes, especially my most hated one, which was algebra.....Kept my GPA at 4.0, even if I never had much motivation to begin with in college. So If I can do it, so can you. ...

Now that I've moved behind the curtain, so to speak, midterms bring a whole new terror for me: piles and piles and piles of marking. I'm not quite sure why I've agreed to do so much this year, sigh.

How did your midterms go, Bec? Or is that topic firmly in the we-don't-talk-about-that category? fingers crossed they went okay, anyway.

 

Well the last "test" I took was on the harassment policy at work. It pretty much stated "I will no have fun at this office". You cannot tell someone they look good since they lost weight, because you will be implying they were fat. You cannot throw someone an "over the hill" party because they may be offended. Yeesh, hope everyone's midterms go well!

I love gummy bears actually, but yeah, the jellybeans stung a bit...

 

How do you manage a 4.0 -Remi- ? I don't think I could do it even if I spent every waking moment working on classwork I'd be happy for a 3.0 at this point and that's all I'll say about that.

And no, I don't want my grades back, I don't want to think about how badly I did. Luckily the teaching assistants are in the middle of job action so I probably won't get my grades for anything until December. Woohoo.
