Yep, works like a charm. Is that your kid in a lot of those pics? Cool, man.

 

Oh man, I would have completely flipped out if I'd found out I'd lost my convention photos.

 

Me too. Or if the batteries went dead after two pics. I had that unfortunate situation at a concert. Of course, it happened at CE as well, but I came prepared with fully loaded backup set.

 

I was recharging mine pretty much every day for precisely that reason (and also because I took so many shots).

 

I was lucky that I didn't want to take any pictures when my batteries died, or at least nothing that couldn't wait while I changed them. This is why I don't like built in batteries, you can't really change them and replacements aren't cheap.

 

All I can say was, I was speechless. If this isn't a ad for why digi cams are better then this is it.

Funny thing is, is that I was contemplating about getting a new camera last Wednesday but though 'no' I'll take the old one I had already and save myself some money

As many of you know on Saturday morning at Excel I "lost" my camera and all my pictures of the Star Wars Exhibition and Celebration Europe for Friday 13 and part of Saturday 14 July 2007. Maybe the force will bring it back - Steve Sansweet told me it might - who knows? If it or the missing 2GB memory card pass your way please direct them home. My sympathies to Coz too.

Thanks to one use Kodak cameras and lots of support from friends, celebrities, volunteers and the security team I've replaced some of the photos I lost. I've also added a link to a Lucas Arts video of Celebration. http://www.myspace.com/darthsmuse
