Call it what you want. It may be ignorance for some, but for others, like Kat, I think it's more a matter of beliefs.

You know what? To Hell with that. I control my life, not a bunch of people who assume military means war. Talk about my career plans all you want, just don't do it in non-military threads, because like Kat said, the thread turns military.

OK, back on track.

I don't wanna have to live with my family for another 7 and a half months in the Hell that is BC. I wanna move to Ontario now!

EDIT: I'm not fully to blame for turning all the threads in this forum military. Ian is military as well, and we are the major posters in here.

 

Don't you like living in the West Thrawn? I've never been there, let's trade places, I always wanted to visit this corner of Canada but never had the chance... I want this semester to end so I can have 3 weeks of vacation!!!!!!!

Yes, I live in the west. South central BC. Not too far from Vancouver. Our economy (I know, love. I know.) is suffering badly from the lumber tariff Uncle Sam imposed, and the loss of tourism from September 11. There are massive closures and layoffs. My town just lost it's biggest employer. The spin-off business from that one factory means thousands of jobs are lost. Major migrations to to land of opportunity (and by that I mean Alberta, of course) are already starting. BC is nice, but so's cuba, and you wouldn't want to live there, would you?

I'm really looking forward to moving to Ontario for many reasons. I don't think I'll come back to this province. If I do, it'll be Comox, or Vancouver several years from now.
