I believe you mean "Whill" of the Force. ;) I will try to explain both the will of the Force and its greatest demonstration of it.

The Force is just a collection of all living things. So like with everything in the universe, the Force's main(and only) will is to live/survive. The first force sensitives realized that if all living things power the Force, their continued usage(done through midichlorians) and their own survival, would depend on their mutual respect to the Living Force(all living beings in the galaxy). This practice amongst the guardians of the Light Side would be seen as maintaining a "balance". But of course, learning this requires power, which gradually becomes a selfish goal, as each individual's focus would determine their own reality and this would create a split(Jedi and Sith) in beliefs of how to live with the Force and what its purpose/will is.

For example: If a polluted river killed fish and wildlife, an inhabitant would claim nature or the Force is telling them to stop as they would soon have nothing to eat and would not be able to survive. A Sith factory owner would claim that's the Force weeding out the weak, as those who aren't powerful enough to use the "factory" would die off, leaving less to be affected, while also leaving only the strong to reap the benefits. So no matter who uses the Force for what purpose, they would both perceive it as helping their side of reasoning, even though it doesnt really have a personality that sides with either faction(obviously,it sides with the Light/balance). Either way, The Force would "respond" to any action taken by a Jedi or Sith, and its action would be recognized as its "will". This conflict/chaos between Jedi and Sith would create an imbalance in the Force itself. Over time, knowledge of the reasoning behind the Force's will would eventually be lost on by both sides. As a result the Force would "respond"/reflect this by putting itself into darkness, and the galaxy would suffer. It would only heal itself when the one with the highest midichlorian count(the literal embodiment of the Force) reintroduces the balance it needs and once had. This is the prophecy of the Chosen One.

The prophecy of the Chosen One demonstrates the greatest demonstration of the Force reminding the galaxy of its will. As said in the Tarkin novel, "Darth Plagueis had once remarked that 'the Force can strike back.' The death of a star didn’t necessarily curtail its light, and indeed Sidious could see the evidence of that sometimes even in Vader-the barest flicker of persistent light." As we can see, the Force's will to survive can become so evident and strong, that even the arrogant and selfish Sith (those who bring the Force out of balance) could acknowledge their actions would be challenged. The will of the Force would then be for the Phantom Menace/the invisible evil/dark side virus which had infected teachings of both the Jedi and Sith to be eliminated. Acting as a vessel of the Force's will, the Chosen One would impartially eliminate all those infected with this anti-life virus(including the plagued Jedi), in order for both the beings of the galaxy and the Force to live. Voila! The prophecy fulfills itself and the will of the Force prevails.
