    If any of you have Questions that need answers, this is the man to ask and the place to ask them.

    However, there is a proceedure.

    //enter and walk to where Master Chan is sitting//

    //bow//

    //sit with crossed arms and legs//

    //ask Question//

    Q. Master Chan, Why are Suvlaki's so good and yet so messy?

    Hell, I can answer that, and you can stand up with your hands down your pants if you like.

    They are good because of the combination of toasted Pita, BBQ'd chicked, Chilli and Tzatziki.

    They are only messy for n00bs. After you've had 10 or so, you'll learn how to devour them with only perhaps one chunk of meat rolling off for the seagulls in the square.

    While eating souvlaki in the square, count how many mad people walk by. Anything over 10 and it must be a nor-wester blowing...

    how skilfully you can eat a souvlaki is dependant on how many pints you've had I've always found

    The trick is to ensure any rogue chicken, lathered in chilli sauce does not roll down your shirt, along your leg and leap off your knee.

    It should drop straight from chin to ground.

    You UTTER DOLTS!

    You obviously don't understand the thread. This thread is for Questions to Master Chan NOT to "jp-30 or Darth-Graal"

    If you had gone to Cen's comidy show you would have gotten the joke. But I thought I made the title and author's post quite clear!

    //slaps head//

    sheeeesh

    Sorry Master Chan. Anger Bad.

    oh, and JP - :( they don't do the chilli sauce thing. This grumpy old lady was serving.

    did you just ask for the sauce from there or what?

    You should only ask Chansplace questions that the rest of us cannot answer. Otherwise it's a waste of 2 bows.

    The chilli sauce is probably in the fridge by the tzatziki etc, if you're taking about buying me a tub for easter.

    All the ingredients are listed individually on the price board above the cooking area for those who want to buy them to send up to their brother in Auckland. Shan's flown me back the chicken on skewers, tzatziki, pita bread and chilli sauce when she's visited Christchurch over the last few years.

    You were at Greek Recipe, right?

    I especially liked the:

    //bows//

    //enters and walks to where Master Chan is sitting//

    //bows//

    //sits with crossed arms and legs//

    Young Man: Q. Master chan, is it true if I play with myself too much I will go blind?

    Master Chan: DUMBARSE!!! GET OUT!!! AND DON'T COME BACK!

    //Young Man stands up and leaves//

    //Master Chan stands up and uses stick to walk off stage//
