    I've just started my first book by Charles de Lint "Moonheart" and so far I'm very impressed w/ his style of prose and often lyrical writing style. I like his modern fantasy setting for this book which sets it aside from other, more traditional fantasy stories.

    I bought several other of his books at used bookstore and hope to plow through them after this one, but I'm not sure where to start. I started reading "Moonheart" since it appeared to be a stand-alone novel.

    Anyone else here read his books? Which ones are your favorites to recommend? What books can be passed on?

    Feel free to discuss his works here also! :)

    Edit - I just read this on Amazon ""Charles de Lint is a folksinger as well as a writer and it is this voice we hear...both new and old, lyric, longing, touched by magic." --Jane Yolen" no wonder the term "lyrical" comes to mind when thinking of his works! 8-}
