It's old and mouldy


There's a funny smell coming up from the basement.


The holes have been badly patched and the water damage on the floor is amazing (I'm sure we have a new species of fish swimming in the "pond" by the jukebox)


The bar stools are ricketty and I'm sure they're ready to collapse and don't get me started on the state of the bogs



I think a new place is indeed needed
