Theme park maps are strangely fun too look at, like some vicarious way of actually being at a theme park. Plus, there's a unique artistry to them.

Post your theme park maps here! And yeah, I know, there's a map thread, but if we can have different threads for specific kinds of pictures, why not this?

    Interesting. It seems pretty "open."

it's just an amusement park. The theme is "it's in Vienna."

Of course it has the Riesenrad, the heir to the giant Ferris wheel of the World's Columbian Exposition.

Note to self: German names mix well with theme/amusement parks and their rides.

I still have the maps of the Magic Kingdom I used in 1994. Not sure where, exactly... but I know I kept them.

I used to collect theme park maps as a kid. Had Six Flags in Illinois, Six Flags over Atlanta, Kings Island, Dollyworld and some others. Naturally they all got torn up in my room from improperly storing them but I always found them fascinating.

I think I still have some of my old Kings Dominion and Busch Garden maps, but I'm not sure where they are.

I've got a few friends who collect park maps from all the parks they visit and they're actually pretty cool to sit and check out.

Somewhere in this park a little bit of my essence was formed. It had some dark, shadowy corners; just google "Efteling Spookslot" (Haunted Castle). It wasn't for pansies. I've never come across anything like it.

Before smartphones, gazing at the park map repeatedly was the number one way of passing time in the queue(besides talking to friends, of course)

Ah yes. The good years, back when Horizons and Wonders of Life were still in operation and before Team Disney Orlando bent Figment over the proverbial pinball machine.
