Since this board has been a little on the slow side, and to heighten the possitivity of the area, I thought I'd post a (probably lame to some) thread where you just list some things that are just really cool or that you just marvel at the concept.

Anyway, one thing that I think is cool in the SW universe is that non-core characters get subtitled, but core-groupers like Chewie and R2 are left up to our interpretation and the imaginativity of the listener/viewer.

Outside of SW, here are some of my favorite things:

*Curling up with a good book by one of my favorite authors.

*The first snow of the year.

Hmmm....

a cat curled on my feet, or by my side (occasionally both) on a chilly night.
My husband's quiet amusement when I walk into the doll aisle at the store and turn into a grinning 8-year-old.
Looking at a just-finished custom figure, and being happy with the results.
Watching the kids in my class at church (K-2nd grade, still curious, still open!) catch on to something new.
Having something *really* off-the-wall happen at the weekly SW game, and getting a good laugh, a creative boost, or both as a result.
Winning an eBay auction I totally expected to lose!
Looking up at the stars on an impossibly clear night, away from city lights.
