do they still make figures for non-AotC characters?

 

yes, in fact on some of the later AOTC figs like Luminara and the royal guard have qui gon pictured on them

check out the attack of the butterflies FAQ thread for some more specific infor

 

Unless I'm mistaken, they do still make non-AOTC figs, but there won't be any in the next couple of batches of shipments to push the AOTC stuff.
