There comes in time in a SciFi addict's life when she looks around only to realize she's not in Kansas anymore. The dream of a lifetime or nightmare to follow? Only time (and grades) will tell.

I opened this topic so we can share our unqualified opinions about life in "alien" places.
I've been in Pittsburgh, PA for 28 days, 5 hours and 4 minutes and so far, I can conclude that:
- your regular american is kinda fat, sorta stupid, has a car
- it is customary for academics to be slim and fit, highly intelligent, in possesion of a registered vehicle
