This might be stupid, but I'm in the mood for stupid today.

Two villains, Nil Spahr (sp?, the Yevethan) and Admiral Daala, are currently in hyperspace, presumably dead. Now with all this interdictor action going on in the final stages of NJO, could they have been pulled out by accident?

It is unlikely a Yevethan would survive that long without food or air to breathe I guess, but Daala was in Star Destroyer, so she could have made it?

Sure. I wouldn't be suprised if Daala showed her face again sometime in the future :)

It's like a comic book. All the villians form a syndicate: Nill Spaar, Lumiya, Callista, Nom Anor, etc.

who knows? we saw in Darksaber that she was able to touch the dark side of the Force. Maybe she decided that some Force was better than no Force at all.

    Anakin Solo, anyone?

Um, I don't think Nil Spaar would have been able to survive long in Hyperspace with no food or water.

Nil Spaar probably starved to death in his escape pod.

Bodies can be destroyed in explosions. Try finding Tarkin's body amidst the death star wreckage... or is he dead??

? Nil Spaar probably starved to death in his escape pod.?

If I recall correctly, Nil Sparr was spaced in hyperspace. He didn?t leave in an escape pod, but was launched out the air-lock.

"...the others forced Nil Spaar into the escape pod and sealed him inside.
'Die slowly' Sorannan said hoarsly, and slammed his hand sown on the firing switch.
With a roar the escape pod hurtled away into oblivion." page 321 Tyrant's Test. I think that answers it. Oh yes and didn't you get the memo? The Anakin that died in SBS was a clone. You see Anakin saw his own death in a vision, found the last spaarti cylinder, cloned himself, gave the clone his memory, sent the clone to kill the voxyn queen and then went out, bought a ship, named it the Princess of Blood II, and has been privateering ever since. He will be back in the post-NJO books.

We have two official sources---one, Ackbar's NEGTC entry, the other, the Essential Chrono---that has the Pellaon-Daala / Ackbar-Bel Iblis clash as both after New Rebellion and after Corellian Trilogy. I've told Dan Wallace this, and he's now aware and would make a fixed date in the New Essential Chrono.

But Daala was not killed in the Battles of Champala or Anx Minor. She still lives, unless told otherwise.

Imperial Director Ysanne Isard III is dead too, as is Spaar. He was ejected whilst stil in hyperspace. Since by logic any action that would have reverted him unharmed into realspace, and rescued, is a vast stretch of luck, he's dead and gone.

Probably a clone from Byss (maybe outlawing cloning devices wouldn't be such a bad idea, after all)
