Things in the ROTS novel you wished was in the Film

Okay, I've seen ROTS...sweeeeet...loved it..had some minor complaints, but that's beside the point..still an awesome Star Wars movie...

If you've read the novel (and hopefully you did BEFORE seeing the film) what were some scenes that you WISHED were in the film?

For me, it was Yoda walking onto Dagobah for the first time, and then the scene where:

Yoda and Obi-Wan are entering into the Jedi Temple to rearrange the beacon, only Obi-Wan's dressed as a hunchback carrying a bundle in his arm. The clones ask what the bundle is and Obi-Wan/Hunchback says it's a baby Jedi.
The Clones open the bundle to see a cutesy-wootsie Yoda looking all baby-like for them. The clones are about to kill it when one asks
"How do we know it's a Jedi?"
Yoda's face turns back to normal and says,
"Hmmmm...My lightsaber, the clue would be?" and then the battle starts and clones are hacked up everywhere...

Just a little scene that would've been fun to see in the movie...

any others?

 

The beginning of the Rebellion is in the book, I am guessing?
