I saw Jango's ship in the hanger at the beginning.

The hanger looks like Mos Eisley, although it could be Mos Espa, or another city.

There sure are a lot of aliens in the nosebleed seats.

Yoda must've used the Force to sit in Palpatine's office.

    A pointy headed jedi?

Jango's helmet has a dent in it in his fight with Obi Wan. And, he must've been knocked on his ass, because he's getting up, and his little fishing line thingy is out.

When Ben's telling us about Jango, there are lots of people in Palpy's office, including a Rodian, a Gran, Palpy's chick, a kid, and bozo the clown.

Jango's clones will do the job well.

Ben hates flying because he has to wear that thing on his head.

Blowing up asteroids constitutes a crisis.

Clones aren't all the same. Some like red, some yellow, blue... etc.

Anakin really likes Clint Eastwood's 'A Man with No Name' character.

Anakin/Vader over heard Dooku say, 'You must join me, Obi Wan, and together we'll destroy the sith' and used it later in Empire, changing it only slightly.

Luke and Leia, unknowingly, copied their parents. (DeathStar Chasm)

Anakin/Vader was able to kick Luke's ass on Cloud city, because he'd already done it, only it was a different place back then.

R2 still sounds the same, but now he flies.

The clone ships look a lot like mini StarDestroyers.

The battle in the arena seems to be organics vs. mechanics. The reek (is it?) behind Obiwan looks a lot like the droid thing...

Evidently the blue sabers don't show up well in the arena and look purple. Or maybe it's now Green and Purple, no blue...
