Considering how understaffed we were, I think we did very well.
Anime London has posted some photos.

Anyone else have sunburn?
Only all over my face.
Mine is the back of my neck. Usually my hair covers that, so I forgot that I could get a burn there.
Here are my pictures, on Granite's page. [link=http://www.flickr.com/photos/graniterock/sets/72157616358901483/]Granite's Flicker[/link]
That's ok It's the thought that counts, and you tried!
Well said TK42Tom.
Here is an e-mail that we got today.
I just want to thank you all for the hard work you did on the Star Wars Celebration yesterday. My family are all Star Wars fans and we had a blast! My seven year old has had Star Wars birthday parties the last three years and the best part about your party is I didn't have to plan it. =) Thanks again. We can't wait until next year.
Motherhood truly is the most challenging job you'll ever love!
You're welcome to come out to the garrison at any time!
I saw kids on the bus with their faces painted. Adorable little Darth Maul's!
I live right around the corner from the Garrison, so I plan on spending some (lots of) time there.
I am more upset that I missed the fun. Next time I will make it.
I called my step-mother last night, and she was on Facebook looking at pictures of the event, as someone tagged me in a picture. She thought it looked like a lot of fun.
We were lucky with the weather though, in Listowel, it was heavy rain all morning until about 1 pm.
The force was with us. A friend told me that Warncliff & Wonderland was a down poor.
It was raining so hard when we got to London Saturday, we could hardly see out the windshield. The further into London we went, though, the less it was raining, and by the time we got to the park there was no rain. definately the Force was strong!
We put up a pretty good force shield in the morning, extending it to the boundaries of the park. We even had the Ewoks do a special dance to keep the rains at bay.
That's why it got cold at the end. Wicket left.
A couple short articles in The Londoner (online edition). I'll see if we made the printed one too.

very short, but very cute.

We got another e-mail today that would be good to share.
Hi London Rogues,
Please accept these attached pictures towards your album if you like to add them is okay.
What an exellence event for Saturday. Here I lived in London, ON most of my life and I didn't know about this until a few days before the event. Now I know. Definitely be back for future event if possible.
Thanks you so much. The kids enjoyed it and Darth Vader as well.
Just to let everyone know. There will be no more public lightsaber fighting. LFL & 501st. has band it and we should fallow thier example.
