    Next we'll have the Essential Guide to Cancelled Essential Guides. Which will then be cancelled.

    The last two guides were pretty movie heavy. It was gonna be nice to have an EU-centric one for once. That was the whole point.

    If we get an ST-based one, I'm sure some of Dan's work and some of the art will make it into it... but it'll no longer be the ficus.

    That's what's sad.




    NB I refuse to fix that typo bc it's hilarious.

    Since Dan has previously gone on record explaining that the third Essential Guide has been "paused", I'm inclined to believe any date set on any website is and has been incorrect, because nobody really knows what's happening with the films yet (I mean heck, even the films are struggling setting a release date!). So I don't think Edelweiss's announcement is anything particularly new. But I highly doubt the whole thing has been scrapped.

    While I doubt that the EGC will ever be released (at least the way it was intented), I do hope that we will get to see all the Art that has been made for it so far.
