May I asked how I got "destroyed" e_s?? I lost the first match 4-3, and I'm probably going to lose this match 4-3. That's hardly constitutes being destroyed in my book. And the thing is, I never got any of the breaks you got, such as automatically keeping one of your Jedi from rounds 3-6, and I still got to the finals.

And in my eye, I am better than you. Mainly because i'm 0-1 in the Finals, you're 0-2. If I make it to the finals again and lose, then you can start talking.

EDIT: "Way better fights"?? You got your rear-end handed to you several times by Madine. Plus you had "franchise" players like Luke and Mace, so what's your excuse for not winning?

    THE CHAMPIONSHIP, GAME 2:
Insane Force Posse (4) vs. The Force Knights (2)
    Luke Skywalker defeats Plo Koon

The team battles are next, but we already know the outcome. TFK defeats the IFP in the team battles, but IFP goes on to win by a margin of 4-3.

Chevy Chase: Congratulations to the Insane Force Posse for a great showing in the finals, picking the right combination of numbers to get past the nearly unbeatable Force Knights! The fourth draft is already commencing, so let's get to the action over there!

CONGRATULATIONS TO BOTH THE INSANE FORCE POSSE AND THE FORCE KNIGHTS!!!

First Draft Winner: Brooklyn Jedi (GenMadine)
Second Draft Winner: Brooklyn Jedi (GenMadine)
Third Draft Winner: Insane Force Posse (Qui-Gon-JInn2)

Both Qui-Gon Jinn2 and Corran 89345 have spots reserved for them in the next draft, along with Gaeri, who won the second Starfighter Draft.

Thank you for playing, and remember, LET'S GET IT ON!

As I remember it, e_s, you accused all the judges (including myself) of voting against you because no one liked you and that we were allowing Madine to play with our minds and influence our decisions and it was all an elaborate conspiracy against you; not to mention some other stuff I don't quite remember.

How is that taken out of context?

Say what you will e_s, but you'll always be the Dan Marino of the Jedi Drafts: Sure you can get to the big game, but you'll never be good enough to win it all.

    ;)

Time for the final summing up of the Third Draft thread.

    First Runner Up:

    The Force Knights
    Overall Record: 23-12
    One-on-One Record: 18-12
    Team Battles Record: 5 - 0
    Match Record: 3 - 2

    Most Valuable Player: None
Least Valuable Player: Vergere 1 -4

    The Rest of the Team:

    Anakin Skywalker 4-1
    Qui-Gon Jinn 3-2
    Plo Koon 4-1
    Nomi Sunrider 4-1
    Voolvif Monn 2-3

Corran, you were undefeated until the finals, and then he just beat you. Flat out, just got the draw. But your team was great, undefeated in the Team battles. You are a great GM Corran, congrats on getting this far and well fought. And we will see you next Draft.

AND NOW, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, YOUR THIRD INSTALLMENT OF THE 2003 JEDI DRAFT WINNER! THE COMEBACK KID! HE DID THE ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE - QUI-GON-JINN2 AND THE INSANE FORCE POSSE

    INSANE FORCE POSSE

    Overall Record: 35-21
    One-on-One Record: 30-18
    Team Battles Record: 5 -3
    Match Record: 7 -1

    Most Valuable Player: TIE
    Least Valuable Player: 6. A'Shard Hett 2 - 6

    The Rest of the Team:

    1. Luke Skywalker 5-3
    2. Even Piell 7-1
    3. Luminara Unduli 5-3
    4. Dark Woman 4-4
    5. Lord Hoth 7-1
    6. A'Shard Hett 2-6

Lord Hoth was 7 - 0 until this final round. That late pick was the whole difference. Way to select your numbers, way to coach your team. Had a bit of trouble in the Team battles, but you did what you had to do - beat him 1-on-1 and the team was Moot. Great strategy and great gamesmanship. You deserve this win. Enjoy it.

That wraps it up, folks. Thanks for playing, and we will see you all next draft

Those are my picks. Let the flaming begin.

    Madine out
