Canada This Crazy April Weather...

It's April 7th and I can't see outside because of all the snow falling.
Anyone else?

Can't see one block over right now. We still have to try and make it to the store tonight. This weather is just creepy!!! 70 one day, 20 the next... what the heck!!!

 

i'll comment when my drive ways been shoveled.

 

I dare not step out the door, going to my roof. Solid Ice, three stories up, can even see to the end of the roof. At that it seems as if the Raccons are frozen in the ice, making faces at me.
Agh! Claw Marks on my door!

 

Meh, we all knew this short lived paradise was going to end. All good things must to come to an end.

Snow? Isn't that that white stuff the rest of Canada gets from September to May?

Goes back to mowing the lawn and picking daffodils in Victoria.

Well We had our Snow Last week... Today it came up to about 5 degrees... now all the snow is melting... *wants snow* I don't care if its April, I just want snow! (I'm sure everyone else doesn't agree )

We got snow on the weekend too. What a waste of a storm. The only storm days we got all winter were three in a row during the icestorm, and I didn't have power for most of that, so it was no fun!

The storm on Thursday night blew out the power supply of my computer while I was working on an essay. Fixed now, and now I have an extension on the essay - blargh!

Yeah, we had some pretty nasty snow falling...all the snow started to melt...we got flooded last week...get a bunch more snow dumped on us...now it's all melting again...

And the circle of seasons continues...

I enjoy not having to pay Provincial Sales Tax. The only other places you can get away without paying is in the Territories (Yukon, NWT, Nunavit)...

I know my SW collection would be at least half the size it is if we had to pay PST.

Well the snow has melted and it was 12 C here today. I'm trying not to be happy because with the current trends, there will probably be another huge huge snowstorm that will last until May. (I haven't seen anything about that on the news, but I'm just trying to expect the worst so I'm not disappointed).

 

How cold are the winters out in Alberta. I hear it can get down to minus 50c...
