Must be "Just another beautiful story", Matt
I hope this isn't the one I think you're thinking of Tizza
The main page of force.net says they have seen AOTC but it hasn't been updated yet.
Keep your eyes peeled!!!
That's Scott and the American guys. They also got into a press screening.
They're up & they are ....... interesting!
I only read the first couple of paragraphs, to keep away from spoilers. Can you tell me in a non-spoiler way why they're interesting?
Interesting in that they are a bit of a mixed bag.
The first one is Scott & he does clarify the fact that he is still in a daze after waiting 3 years. He basically says its better than TPM but he needs to see it again to really put it in perspective. He lists some pros & cons as well as some missing scenes but is not a gushing mess.
Carter's is more what I hoped to read. He says "it delivers in a big way" & he gives it 9 out of 10.
It wasn't any of those songs.
It could possibly be the one Piggles was thinking about, but since she didn't really specify anything, I can't be too sure
What is the song called?
I sucked a lot of ***** to get where I am
I hardly think any of this message is appropriate D. You've been warned about this before, so consider this the last one.
We got lucky, and it's only a couple of days. Breathe deeply.
I love you, D
That is NOT amusing, D.
And to be honest, I'm surprised you were encouraging it, Keith.
Well, D was right. That was the name of the 'Gurge song I was thinking of.
It was just the first thing that sprang to mind when someone asked about how Kadue and Kalor actually got the tickets. It's not a reflection of my opinion of either of them.
Sorry for even mentioning it in the first place.
Either way, I think we all know that the words to it are not appropriate here.
Hey, I didn't post the title for obvious reasons.
I can understand you coming down on D for the inclusion of a certain word...
but for the rest of it...
I didn't mean it seriously. It's all a part of the Tall Poppy Syndrome that we Australian's are afflicted with. As I said before, the statement doesn't reflect my opinion of either of the guys. I would hope that they understand it's a joke as well.
And I don't think D meant it seriously either. After posting the top line, I'd certainly want to clarify what I was talking about too...
I'll try to remember not to attempt humour all too often for the future...
I was referring to the word.
Although I wasn't too impressed with the inclusion of a persons name in there, either.
Kal and Kad: Is this the daytime Monday screening at George St you're talking about?
If so....see you there lads.
Okay, look. I don't encourage or condone D's actions, but I admire him for his sheer bloody-mindedness.
With all the preview screenings going on (Variety, press screening, NOVA preview, etc.) I hardly feel like I'm going to see it before everyone else. Hmmm, unless I sabotage those events. Yesss...
*goes off in search of a pair of pliers, a blowtorch and some pipe hitters*
Ki, if you sabotage them, I will take a leaf out of Jenna's book and see to it personally that you are thumped.
What the...?*curses under his breath*hmm, well.. *straightens up and smiles* Congratualtions to the both of u on this, stroke of luck. I wish u (dead) well and have a good time
(ah mate, im just joking with u 2, its cool. go and may the force be with u and all that)
Whatcha gonna do maes? Release the dogs? Or the bees? Or the dogs with bees in their mouth and when they bark they shoot bees at you? Well then do your worst!
Paul, trust me, it's not maes that you should worry about.
Yes it is!
I have crocodiles!!
with bees in their mouths.
