Spineless is all I can say, absolutely spineless!

If you loose 4 wickets for 2 runs you deserve to loose. Congrats to Sri Lanka, in all fairness they tattered us over the three tests and as a result England have slipped down the official rankings.

Wow, this thread has been quiet for ages. [face_shocked]

    Upppp! we go! ;)

I thought I'd mention that Murali is set to break the world record by getting his 520th wicket! :D That is if he hasn't got it as I type this now. ;)

    he is a chucka!!!
Warney is still close and McGraw is back in action.
Pity our Zimbabwee tour was cancelled, would have been a lot of good wickets there

    ;)

Well we all have our opinions on Murali, I guess. :D

As for sporting these days...football is the thing what with Euro 2004 going on!
I support England so the match this weekend was sad to hear about. We don't get the live match here..some highlights and I checked the net for results.

Hopefully the next matches will help England score the points they need. :)

You can say what you want about Murali, but "the leading wicket-taker in Test history" speaks volumes ;)

and you can also say that Murali only bowls on pitches that either suit him or a pre-made and rarely tours outside his region. He would not even face us on our home soil :p

So are you suggesting that Murali has been fortunate?

    Surely not!

no not at all i think he has been babied and is very wise with his decisions where and where not to tour. Warney or anyone could get a stack more wickets if they always played on custom pitches to suit
