The sun's out there Everton, I promise. Eventually you'll see it. Friday is finally here! Can't wait to get off work.
Ugh, can't drink spiced rum. Makes me sick. Can handle almost anything else, but not that. And, yeah, the weather sucks again here, too, Everton. One bright spot to my day: my business trip has been pushed back. Was supposed to leave for New York on Sunday night. Now I'm leaving Tuesday. Of course, that means a three-hour drive on top of a ten + hour day, but... less time I'm away from home, and less of a hotel bill to charge.
That's why it's so horrid that I fell over the rum. I don't drink it. So finally the sun has decided to shine on our parts today.
awwww poor guy, i ligve in freaking OHIO.....it is either really cold or really hot......I hate the weather here......new years I had two roman cokes, shots of rum, and like six or seven beers, and I was only buzzed, god I love my Irish Heritage
Today: Low of 16 in Mass, high of 37. Saturday: Low of 19, high of 31. Cry me a river, Mister Wanna trade places?
Ten degrees... after about twenty minutes, ten degrees doesn't feel like anything. You can't feel anything. I have to say, though, I think I'd rather it be cold than hot. When it's cold, at least you can wrap up in blankets and be all nice and cozy and stuff.
I think that way too. During the summer I tell myself I prefer being cold, but then it gets cold and then I prefer being hot. Then summer comes around again and I prefer to be cold. It's an endless cycle!
The other thing is that in Winter, you can at least put on more clothes. In summer, well, there's only so much you can take off
