If a thread is resurrected from the bottom of the pile, obviously discarded through miss use and smitten by many. Can it still function months later and serve the purpose it was once created for?

Of course it can, SWNZ. My original post on this thread refers to a different sig line. I've since changed three times, and it still applies, in varying levels of off-hand humour.

And now the circle is complete. When I left you I was but the learner, now I am the master.

 

Now I know it is indeed possible here is my thought for the day:

No matter how good you have it in life there will be times when you're down and out, you'll feel as though you are stuck at the bottom of the pile in the depths of depression. Don't be afraid to call out for help for it is through the love of your friends and family that you can rise to the top again.
