FF:WA Thoughts on ROTS (Spoiler Free)

A thread to discuss it without spoiing those who haven't seen it yet.
My view in a nutshell, bridged the two trilogies nicely. Tied up loose ends and provided a good lead up to ANH. Basically showed us everything we expected to see and did it well.

 

It did the only thing the PT could ever dream of doing...
...it made me want to watch ANH again.
Perfectly tied together.

 

SM and I watched ANH last night, there was a heap of stuff we picked as having a different spin or meaning now. Everything from dialogue to just the looks on peoples faces.

Now I just have to go back and what ESB and ROTJ.

 

I thought it was good. Although I thought the fights were a little disappointing after watching certain characters kick butt in Clone Wars.

And I'm pissed off at the film reel. There were sound and picture glitches all the way through, which was very disappointing.

I'll have to see it again at a more suitable hour for a better review of it. I've only just actually slept since watching it on Wed night/Thurs morning.
