    I found this at a huge book sale. It's a First Edition seemingly signed by someone on August 23, 1977. This is just after the release of New Hope in theaters. Any clue who it could be? Thanks!

    Well, that didn't help a lot. I thought it would. Can you tell me if 'Del Rey' and '2403-4' appears (probably on the back or spine) and the code 'S27' appears in the gutter (margin, probably) on pg 183?

    What's interesting about this book is that the cover lacks any sign of Han Solo. Back then they didn't have Harrison signed up for any sequels yet so for all they knew any potential trilogy would only revolve around Luke and Leia.
